Almost all aspects were ok, but the room was like an icebox & had to run the wall heater all night to stay somewhat warm. also the bathroom didn't work.

Very friendly young lady checked me in. The room was amazingly large and well appointed for such a small price. Very easy to find and access. Good shopping and meal options at the next exit on I-70 2 miles away.

Old yet clean. No shampoo or soap. No nightstand and no lamp. Simple and humble for a quick night stay, and in that respect it served its purpose.

This is the cleanest, quietest hotel I've stayed at in years. The owners ate lovely people. It is my 4th stay in 3 years. Going again in August

Our room was super clean. The beds were comfy and had clean sheets. The only frustrating thing was trying to regulate the heat...was hard to find that sweet spot of not to hot but not cold. The furnishings are not the latest but nothing was broken or so worn to be an eyesore or not useable. A wonderful price, a VERY comfortable stay! Thank you Budget Inn.

Immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Love the location off the Interstate and a great price. This was my second stay in a month. Highly recommend it if you're splitting up, you're travel.

Everything was good, clean, great price, good deal for the money, would stay again. The shower water was hot but the shower was like a fire house, crazy water pressure, towards the end of my shower I got the idea to turn the water down so then it was good, not as much water pressure.

The owner/manager was rude and xhanged the checkout time at the last minute its supposed to be 11 but he said 10:30 bc of church mind you he never went. And hes sexist.

Clean and quiet. Nice that it was pet friendly. Good beds. Nice had fridge and microwave. NO ICE, NO COFFEE MAKER.

The shower didn't work. The sprayer dripped scalding hot water and the tub filled so quickly. I asked to be moved to a new room so I could shower after a day of activities in the heat. Owner refused. The owner is not very friendly or welcoming. Had I known, I definitely would've found somewhere else to stay. Not worth the money I paid. That's for sure.

Location I liked. But didn't like that I didn't get extra toilet paper in the room. When I got to the room there was only a quarter of a roll left. Didn't get my $50 cash deposit back for not smoking in a smoking room.

Clean, no strange smells, fresh linens and towels. Older style motel but not shabby. Neat paint job and updated bathrooms. Great shower! Couldn’t have gotten better for the price. Well worth it. Family owned and run. Wonderful owners! Will definitely recommend and stay again!

I am always torn between saving money and getting basic cleanliness in a hotel room when I require just a place to sleep. This small motel is at a price range that I would probably be normally very aware of the sacrifices I would be making to get the price. Budget Inn however turned out to suit my needs perfectly. Location is great: 1 minute away from the highway, atop of the hill, on a very quiet rural street. Bathroom was updated and very clean. Bedding - pristine. Lots of TV channels. My non smoking room did not reek of smoke (which is harder and harder to get! half of the time my non smoking room turns out to be super stinky). Price is low due to outdated furniture and no amenities, but I think the tradeoff was well worth.

This is not the place to stay for those who need all the amenities (pool, exercise facilities, restaurants, etc.) of the large chain motels. But this place is great for those that just need a clean, quiet, safe and affordable place to get a good night's sleep while traveling. While the building is a bit old and dated, the management obviously takes pride in the operation, and I found nothing wanting in the cleanliness and prepartion of the room I rented. I travel a couple of times a year through this part of Ohio and this is my new go-to place for a good night's rest.

Had a room on second floor, which means you have to go thru four door and a flight of stairs to get to your room door. The room is very small. The bed was comfortable.The hall has a strange smell.Would not recommended the budget inn.
