This was a really unique property. It was clean, beautiful, and convenient. We felt like we were staying in a historic building. The included breakfast was coffee, fresh orange juice, toast, croissants, and spreads for the toast. The only con is that I wish the breakfast included protein. Eggs would have been nice. You can pay extra for it but it is not included. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.

Everything about our all-too-short stay at Casa Umare was wonderful. The hosts and staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The building, furniture and decor is delightful. Our apartment was incredibly clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. And Casa Umare conveniently located in the heart of the historical tango district of Buenos Aires and only a ten minute taxi/uber ride from major attractions in Palermo, Recoleta and Retiro.
If I am fortunate enough to return to Buenos Aires I won’t hesitate to base myself at Casa Umare for the duration of my stay.
