From seamless room upgrade to delicious restaurant food, service and lake view, to arranging complimentary transfer to the enchanting Villa d’Este sister property to enjoy gelato in a beautiful lakefront setting, to arranging personal appointments, the staff and property far exceeded my expectations. Definitely recommended for travellers enjoying superior quality and service! Perfect lakefront Piazza Cavour location making it easy and convenient to walk around the Old Town!

Palazzo Venezia has the best staff- from door man, bell desk, front desk, room cleaning service to restaurant service! We love this place and definitely will visit again!

This hotel is just a block away from the Duomo and Galleria. The building is a beautiful antique and the rooms are modern. But by far, the staff are the best part. Every single one of them are absolutely amazing and helpful. If you want a central location, this is it.
