The staff are extremely accommodating and speak multiple languages. They have tons of local information posted in the shared lounging area, and a stand with local tourist pamphlets. They have a shared luggage area that you can use before and after check-in. It has a cool style, and it's very clean. The location is in a very central area, you can easily walk to cank city or the Tenjin area in 10-15 mins.The only small complaint is the futon in the capsule isn't as thick in others i've stayed in, but you can just use you blanket as a cushion.

Great hostel near the subway and near a lot of things. The staff was really nice with great attention to detail. Love the cat theme of the hostel!

First stay at a hostel. Chose a ladies room for four. Pleasant experience. Many brought or cooked their own meals in the public area. Looked like they enjoyed the atmosphere. The common bathroom was well designed and looks like new. Convenient location.

Was pretty good at first however, on 9th floor, the lounge bar that the guests are supposed to use and stay weren't available by the other companies booked it, actually , the owner sold it that use of bar for hours.

I like the kitchen and shower area, also the stunning outlook of the building, also the easy check in / check out process. I don’t like only got one lift, sometimes need more time to wait.

I stayed here for 2 days. Several months ago I recommended this hostel to my friends. At that time I just found this place surfing the web without looking. they were so safisfied while they stayed here. So I was also curious about cleanliness and convenience of this hotel. This time I checked these with my own eyes. As a result, it was perfect. : D Thanks for staff of webase hostel.

area was nice, a bit hard to find, going down the wrong alleys, but finally found after 1.5hrs of walking and going into another hotel to ask...after walking down the right street, it was easy to spot the cat in front. Everything else was ok, the matress is a bit thin, but overall good stay. Prob will return one day agn...Clean, and friendly staff...good area to see, eat and do....

I enjoyed my night here! I stayed in a bunk in the mixed dormitory. I had plenty of amenities, the place was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. It was a bit hot at night but I had just finished up a study abroad semester and we didn't use the heater, I could have just gotten used to going without one. There is only one elevator but there is a staircase that I used mostly. It wasn't an inconvenience. There's also a konbini very close! It was super convenient!

Excellent location, modern, trendy, really nice staff. The duty manager was so helpful, even helped me plan a little trip to the reclining buddha. Would stay here again fpr sure......

The hotel is very convenient, near the metro station. There are 3 convenience stores and 2 supermarkets nearby. It is located in quiet neighbourhood. It is clean. Personal lockers and free wifi is available. Clean towel is offered every day. To go green, it would be great for the guests to choose whether they need a new one. The bathrooms is available on one floor only. Need to wait during peak hours. The common room is well equipped with a kitchen and fridge. The staff is very nice and can speak fluent English.

Very good location, you can go to 博多駅 or 天神駅 just by walk within 15 mins. Helpful staffs, nice & clean room(Cabin), sure will come again in future.

this is the best hostel i've ever stayed in. it's really an awesome hostel.super clean and convenient. only a small walk to both hakata and tenjin. 我有史以來住過最值得推薦的hostel，非常乾淨整潔舒適，衛浴設備真的很值得嘉許，出乎意料的好，離博多跟天神都走一小段就到了，性價比超級高！

The hostel was conveniently located near the train station. Room and public facilities were very clean. I've stayed in a few hostels and this is the best one so far. I would come back or recommend this place to others.
