We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was modern, comfortable and well-appointed. The room was spacious, it had excellent natural light and a great view of the runway. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to get to the airport and it cost $8AUD each person. We would definitely return!

We overnighted here before and after a flight to Norfolk Island. It was convenient, clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. If we nee to stay by Brisbane airport in future we will definitely use the Ibis.

Easy to find, a short walk from Brisbane Domestic Terminals - shuttle to International. Great bar and restaurant- friendly cheerful service! Our room was quiet and recently renovated - very comfortable. Will use again.

Hotel is walking distance from the domestic terminal. We paid for the shuttle to take us to the international terminal the next morning. Room was clean but bare bones. Food in the restaurant was fairly priced with large portions - beer and wine were expensive.

Just all around noisy. Was on one of the lower levels and the amount of noise from waste water moving through the pipes from units above was ridiculous. The noise coming in from outside was a bit much as well. I know it's next to an airport but double or triple glazing to eliminate vehicle noise would have been nice, especially considering the cost of the room

The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble! The evening meal was one of the best meals we’ve had ! The steak was tender and juicy and the vegetables were cooked to perfection! Highly recommend staying here!

Fast efficient checkin, very clean room, and good buffet breakfast. Short easy walk, mostly undercover from the domestic terminal, so perfect for late evening/night arrivals.

When I checked in, the friendly desk clerk told me that this was our fifth stay at the Ibis Brisbane Airport Hotel. The last time was four years ago. The price has gone up in that time. The carpets are getting a little worn, but otherwise the property is holding up well. Our beds were excellent and the bathroom was clean and functional. I have never been crazy about the restaurant, mostly because it does not meet our needs for wholesome additive-free food, but the staff is helpful as they can be. Of course the best thing about this property is its proximity to the airport. We paid a small tariff to have the shuttle bus take us to the international terminal early in the morning. The driver was super about helping us with our luggage. Excellent service like that will probably keep us coming back.

A perfectly situated hotel for Brisbane Domestic Terminal and there is a well signposted walk between the hotel and the terminal. The airtrain connects you with the city easily and plane spotters will love the views. Great meals available in the restaurant too.

The food from the restaurant was beyond disgusting and my daughter was sick from the fish in the seafood basket. Management were very rude when I mentioned this.

We arrived at 2am and still had a cheery reception - they had been tracking flight delays and knew to expect us later than planned! A mere 6hrs later when we went down to breakfast the staff were amazing, helpful and bright. I wish I took their names to praise more directly!

Hotel reception friendly and helpful, fun learning experience on using room card keys in elevators, clean rooms, great food and staff...huge plus for our cooler of perishables being stored in hotels freezer. I would like to share a not so good experience that happened upon arrival though, the cab driver we rode with from domestic to this hotel was terribly rude snd furious , he practically insisted we walk the very short distance here even though we explained our knees hurt and we couldnt walk with our coolers. He was livid, he practically threw our coolers and luggage in his trunk. Felt like a child being scolded and mind you I am in my 60s. Our cab fare was 20. but my husband gave him double because we understood his problem but we couldnt walk the distance. Well, our next flight was changed till much much later the next day so we rebooked again so we could rest and have our cooler in the freezer again, this time we had to wait till 2pm to check in but in the lobby. A huge thank you to the man that aided us in getting our room much earlier, we greatly appreciate you. I would definitely recommend your hotel, just be weary of the cabs though, better to catch the shuttles coming here or walk the short distance.

The Ibis hotel just a 10min walk from the Domestic arrival hall follow the Hotel signs through the parking station to the hotel, it was a quick check-in. Friendly staff in the restaurant arranged a breaky pack for an early departure before 5am
