The reception/bartender was welcoming and informative. The building is old and basic but comfortable enough for a sleep to break up a 10 hour drive. It's a cheap and simple place to stay. The on site Thai restaurant serves fantastic food and the pub itself provides a variety of beverages to choose from.

Good location with easy off street parking. The room was really spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was one of the best I have experienced in accommodation lately. The only downside I could find was the utensils were a bit tired, the jug to fill the kettle was broken, cutlery was a bit light on. Also, it was a bit odd that there was a toaster, butter and spreads provided with the cereal for breakfast, but no bread…

No continental breakfast supplied, the room and bathroom were grubby and the beds were uncomfortable. We booked and paid for 2 nights but left after 1. A lack of customer service. Would not recommend.

The restaurant and food, delicious. The older lady who booked us in was excellent. Couldn’t be more helpful or polite. The air conditioning outdated and didn’t work properly. The room hadn’t been serviced correctly. Also the room was advertised as a queen bed, but was a double bed.

Off street parking, staff helpful and friendly, room comfortable, fluffy towels. Breakfast included (forgot bread), porridge, juice and coffee. Central location.

Perfect restaurant and bar in the same building. Easy to check up. Hotel is in city centre, easy to access shops. Tiny room. Furniture is quite old, but for 1 night its not a big deal. I would stay again. Easy parkintg.

The pub is old and has history. Probably has not been renovated for years, but thats to be expected. Great Staff. They were very thorough with the qr code checkins. The room was clean, and there was a little breakfast left for us. It was all that we needed on our stay in Tumut.

Great central location in town. Wonderful hot showers. Bed in serious need of replacement, it sagged in the middle and was bouncy like a trampoline. The quality and quantity of the included breakfast was poor.

The Thai food in the restaurant was excellent. There was also great live music in the bar but I had work to do and the internet was down

Wasn't as clean as I thought staff were good . When I booked it said breakfast included packet of cereal in fridge asked for something I liked got it first night but not second . Have stayed in better places that were cheaper .

Easy check in experience. Good sized rooms. Clean, if a little worn, room.Comfortable bed. The blinds were damaged in one corner, letting a bit of light - that was my only gripe.Would stay here again if visit these parts again.

The Commerical overall is a great hotel and the rooms surprisingly good. The only is it clearly spelt out breakfast included but no one sbout from 8am, we went up the road and has beakfast at a local, returned at 9:30 and still no one about. The only other issue is blobk out blinds needed in rooms 1 & 2 the streetlight icones through the blinds at the taxi tank.
