Looked like there were burn stains on the bathroom floor and on the floor on side of bed. The ice maker was making a loud noise when not in use. The hallways didn’t have enough lighting. Didn’t see an iron board nor iron. Only had 1 pillow, 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. Potholes in parking lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. Over all it was ok.

Extremely paper thin walls, families living there with screaming children at 3:00am, bedding is very thin material, more like a sheet.

The only difference is they changed the way you make a deposit. Instead of excepting cash they take it off a card and then its not refunded for several days to a week. I didn't receive a receipt after checking out and thought that should be mandatory.

Neighborhood was questionable. Outdoor area leaves a lot to be desired. The bed was uncomfortable and I required a chiropractor treatment after sleeping on it for 3 nights.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! There are prostitutes at the entrance and drug deals in the hall. The room didn't have a lock. When we tried to check out instead of remaining in the room for the night, the staff refused us and claimed we had to pay for the entire length of stay. When we disputed the charge on our credit card, they falsified our signature and a "check out" date and submitted it as evidence. Tried to call the property and they "don't know when the manager will be in again." At the time of our stay, they didn't even have a working phone number. Hotels.com did NOTHING to assist us in this issue even though they couldn't get a hold of the merchant either. These are them most crooked owners of a hotel ever. Don't give them your business.

No coffee in room and a flask on reception was luke warm at best apart from first thing in the morning when door unlocked to access. Room was very tired. The furniture was cheap and looked cheap bearly holding together. Had kitchennette but had no way to use it as no pots or utensils at all. Two people stayed had only one chair at table to sit. If you want basic then this really is it.

Wouldn't take my credit car... Charged forty more than my Expedia price plus thirty five dollar a nite ... Deposit which only one was refunded several days later finally.

Could not get Wi-Fi from my room, had to go to the front desk to able to get Wi-Fi password down loaded , had to have the front desk come to my room to turn the television on, the control for the A C did not work, the A C is now connected by a thermostat on the wall, I did not know or see the thermostat, bed was very comfortable ,location was right off the freeway !

i stayed in this hotel for 3 days total and i will never again. tell me why i had to use the sink to wash my body due to having no hot water going into the bathtub? i used the sink to take a cowboy bath when i shouldve used the shower.

On the road to long or passing through this is a great place for the price. Fresh hot coffee to hit the road in the morning. Not far from Indy speedway or downtown Indianapolis. 20 min drive roughly depending on traffic. The room looked to be remodeled and well taken care of. The bathroom was very clean. Plenty of room to get cleaned up for a night out or just ready for the day. Hope your experience is as pleasant as mine was.

Extended stay hotels are always a mixed bag, and this is no exception. The desk was manned by a friendly couple that were very helpful. The room itself had been well-used with dings and scratches everywhere, and some sloppy painting. However, it was very clean. The mattress seemed newer, or at least in good shape, as it was surprisingly firm. We bring our own pillows, so no comment on those. A slight annoyance was only one chair in the room, but since we weren't really eating or anything there, it wasn't a big deal. Water pressure and temperature was good, and the HVAC seemed to work properly. I was initially concerned due to the lingering smell of marijuana in the hallway, but there was none in the room, and the other residents these two nights seemed to be quiet. The towels and washcloths, however, were some of the roughest ones I've ever used in my life, which might be my biggest negative. All in all, it's a Motel 6, so set your expectations accordingly.

Terrible. Do. It stay here. Couldn’t contact hotel before or after as phone line never worked. They called us and tried to cancel stay before we came. Door deadbolt didn’t work. Then when my wife got sick and we had to leave, there was no one at front desk to check out early. Tried to get partial refund but because no one was available at desk and no one would answer the phones, we were completely unable to contact hotel. Highly advise AGAINST staying at this facility.
