The hotel and staff were great. The rooms were very nice. Three things I thought could use improving. 1. The door to my room took way too long to close. 2. The towels could have been better quality and 3. The cutlery for breakfast needed to be better quality. I hate cheap cutlery packages.

This was perfect distance from the wedding venue. The room was comfortable and clean. AC was quiet. Bed comfy. Great snack area. Breakfast was ok. Coffee needs to be hotter. Not a fan of hotel breakfast but the waffles were awesome and loved the Texas shaped one. Overall would recommend and stay again.

Room was clean, linens fresh, and staff were friendly. Breakfast was not my taste. But if you like (what tasted like) boxed eggs and unmelted cheese on a pressed omelet, with sweet sausage then you will have a feast. There were many choices including fresh fruit, hot oatmeal with toppings, variety of cereal, pancakes and waffles.

I stayed 3 nights in 3 different rooms because the job kept going on. I normally sleep in 65 degrees but those rooms are programmed to not go below 71. All 3 rooms each night stayed at 71 even though I set it at 65. The beds were not comfortable either.

I like that rooms have frig and microwave too. The only thing is that there is no drawers for your clothes. There are not enough hangers either. They do have there laundry on 2 floor.

This was a nice hotel, especially given the location. It was close to our wedding venue, so was convenient. It was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was above average.

We stayed in this hotel as it was close to a wedding venue. It turns out that it is close to several wedding venues. There were guests of at least 3 weddings staying in the hotel. It was quite busy, but the staff stayed on top of things. The service was great, the hotel and room were very clean and the bed was comfortable. This is not in a quaint country setting, but it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

My check in was amazing. The front desk person was multitasking and didn’t make me feel rushed. Welcomed me and asked if I needed anything. This type of service is why I continue to come back to this property.

Everything was great. Staff was excellent. If I can point any down would be the pool needed a cleaning but other than that it was an awesome experience.

While the reception staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel itself is tired. The breakfast consisted of packaged and microwaved food. The housekeeping staff was below par and not even close to meeting the minimum requirements. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay was excellent. The staff was quite accommodating. We attempted going through another booking agent. They said there were no rooms. I cancelled and went through Hotels.com and got a room. Won't make that mistake again.

Staff was kind and courteous. Rooms were standard. You have to request daily maid service, but not a problem during my stay. Desk staff were very friendly and always asking our group if we needed water, etc.

The only complaint I have is the cleanliness of my room. The shower was not clean. There seemed to be some sort of mold on the wall and the toilet. Then to top it off as we were getting ready to leave there was a roach in our room. Not a big one either. It was a small filth roach. I paid 300 dollars for the room because of spring break prices but that feels like a total rip off
