We arrived at 2:45 pm and at the desk was informed no check-in until 3:00. I was very tired and disappointed we were refused check in unless we waited 15 minutes. So, we left and went and got a bite to eat. When we returned the same Julia was standing at the desk while others were being checked in. She said oh, my computer was slow walked away do we again wait until the other person could close us in We had three block reservations as we were moving from one state to NC. Had a sm dog was accompanied to have her safe. The room was spacious but stinky. I purchased Fabreeze to try lesson Oder. We were in the same room for 6 days. I had to request service the third day someone came in did a bed gave us a few new towels but didn’t refill tissue or tp. I went to the desk each day for something. Desk staff were indifferent but the breakfast staff were top notch. They should be the folks who train desk staff how to interact with clients. Over all the hotel was good but the lites thing make it brake a place. Over all I’d tell travelers to stay elsewhere.

This is a great hotel to stay for business. The room had a lot of space for my coworker and I to both work. The little couch in the room was a nice bonus.

The first night was oaky but the the walls are so thin. You can hear everything. You could also hear everyone's conversation in the hallway. The second night was terrible. I guess some travelers with children stayed over me. all I heard was screaming, jumping, and walking hard. I wanted to check out but it had gotten too late to find something else.

The associates were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just distance away from the street that you’re now disturbed by any road noise. Peaceful rest! Will return!

When we checked in we told them that we wanted clean towels every day. The person at the front desk told us she would let housekeeping know. The first full day we used the towels, and expected clean towels, bed made and garbage emptied. NONE OF THAT WAS DONE! So I called down to the desk and they brought us fresh towels, told me to put the others in hall outside the door. I did that. The next day we were hoping everything would be done, and it was except the bed. The third full day was the same as the first, had to call down and request towels, which we received. The overflowing trash was not emptied and again the bed was not made. The bed was never made the whole trip. We stayed a total of 4 nights and 3 days. The hotel itself is nice and is very updated. They take excellent care of the outside.

Fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Kernersville. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and gym every day. I will be back !

Walls are thin. You could hear everything and every person in the hallway. The floor over me the person kept walking but it sounded like stomping. The hotel was great though. Nice and clean. Along with friendly staff.

The check in process was great and the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room smelled heavily of aftershave, the ac did not work, the sheets are rough, the bed is hard, and the sink leaked. I could tell that the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned since there was dried urine in front of the toilet. I am going to give them one more try, but I do not have high hopes.

Front desk was lightly staffed, so help there could be hard to find. However breakfast staff was very friendly and efficient. Rooms were sufficient and clean, but not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties. A nice but not noteworthy stay.

The room was clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. A couple things we didn’t like was the mattress quality was low. The bedspread was strange shaped. The nightstand veneer was bubbling off. Looks like a corner in the bathroom was repaired with caulk (which was lifting off) instead of doing a proper drywall repair.

We stayed at this facility previously. This time around we found our room to be only moderately clean. Pillows were numerous but uncomfortable. Breakfast was substandard. Perhaps there's been a recent change in management.
