I loved it was near the train station and how helpful the staff was. They hold your luggage for you. Breakfast is good. They have endless manga. The rooms are clean and everything looks great.

Like most Japanese hotels I have stayed in, this place was great. Clean well-equipped room, quite spacious by Japanese standards. The hotel has great amenities: toiletries, free coffee/tea in the lobby most of the day, the usual slippers and pajamas. The highlights for me were the onset (small but free) and the breakfast buffet (check your reservation for whether it is included). It is about a 10 minute walk to Rinku Town station, and the JR train runs frequently to Kansai Airport and takes about 5 minutes.

Convenient location close to airport, with a convenience store right around the corner and a nice onsen. Great service with a very friendly receptionist that made casual conversation when checking in, instead of being overly formal. It made the check-in process more enjoyable, and the staff more memorable. Also made it easier for me to ask when I had any questions, since it felt more like someone amongst the staff that «I knew», rather than just being «whoever is available». Overall great experience.
