Very functional hotel. Small rooms but served it's purpose. Was clean.

Parking ist at low cost compared with other places close by.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and nice. Two things I didn't like: first breakfast. Limited options and the scrambled eggs were not nice. It tasted really weird. Other thing I didn't like were the parking costs. On the website it was mentioned that parking was available, but not that the extra costs would be 18 euro for one night. That was an unpleasant surprise.

Good things: Quick check in, quiet hotel, good size of car park, good location (15 minutes drive from thr central Rotherham), good enough breakfast, not bad choices for lunch/dinner.
Bad things: Bedrooms were a little bit too dusty, and location of smoking point just beside the main entrance and disabled car parking not the most appropriate.
