Had a couple of nights stay at the property for a social event in Derby.
Check-in was very easy, as was communication with the host; the property benefits from private secure parking at the rear. Key collection is automated and went without a hitch.
The property itself was well appointed with everything needed for a stay and benefits from a nearby shop plus a few pubs within a 5 minute walk. The walk in to town was approximately 15 minutes.
Check-out was easy and, again, automated which was good. I would definitely stay again for the right price.
The only reason I did not give 5 x stars was due to check out being at 11am (which was fine) but the cleaner entering the property at 10am whilst I was getting changed.

I had a great stay at The Stay Company Friar Gate in Derby. The location was excellent—easy to find, with clear instructions for accessing the accommodation. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including local shopping and a good selection of restaurants. The access routes were convenient, making travel simple.
The accommodation itself was ideal for a couple. It was smartly fitted, well-maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every aspect was thoughtfully covered.
If I were to suggest improvements, they would be minor and more personal preference: a king-size bed would have made the experience even better, and perhaps a slightly larger sofa for added comfort. However, I understand these are limited by the size of the property.
Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.
