We had a great family vacation at the apartment. The place is very spacious and clean, a bit outdated but nothing outrageous for a seaside vacation. It is a ground level apartment with a few different floor levels/steps inside. It didn't bother us, but it is worth knowing. Free bikes are offered at the property. You can use the outside tap and hose to wash all the beach gear, bikes etc. There is safe private parking. Closest store is 5-min walk. The garden and terrace area still have so much potential for any future investments, like a swimming pool, lounge area, pergola. The location is perfect for walks and bike trips to the beach. Ivan & his family are great hosts, very accommodating, very attentive and they cater to every request immediately. We've known Rovinj since before and we like it even more now after staying at Milka.
We missed the shade at the outdoor sitting area and some more armchairs, cushions. Lounge beds were really old. Some more ropes to hang wet clothes would be useful at a lower height. Squeaky doors and knobs at night make it hard not to wake up everyone when going to the bathroom. The noises from the neighbor's house bathrooms were hilarious and at some points it messed with our appetite. That is also why a sitting area in a more shady secluded part of the garden would be really welcoming.

Posizione ottima per andare a Cuve Beach, si va a piedi, non serve l'auto.
Appartamento pulito e spazioso in zona tranquilla. Un bagno spazioso con vasca e uno di servizio con water.
Letto, divano letto e cuscini comodi.
Giardino con tavolini.
Circa 5 minuti di camminata per il supermercato più vicino e circa 20 minuti a piedi per il centro storico.

We had very good stay at apartment Milka. Owner is nice and friendly, he gave us bicycles to use which was very helpful when going to city center. We liked the garden where you can sit and have breakfast, that apartment is pet friendly, that is has Netflix, that Cuvi beach is very close to apartment etc.
