Came in for a one night stay, but would of loved to stay longer if we weren't on a schedule. Staff made us feel like family. Room was spotless. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel, clean and well kept. Great breakfast too. The room was comfortable and clean. Our family of 5 was very comfortable with enough space. The only issue was the train schedule running through the night which kept some of us awake.

Air conditioning is blasting directly into your bed. Why a higher end hotel has such an outdated equipment ? That is just terrible way of regulating the temperature. Like a cheap motel instead of being done a proper way. Opening the window brings the noises of trains which are nearby, loud, noisy sirens during all night and day Loved the fact that there was a full service restaurant but the food was terrible.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable! The only thing was the freeway voice was a little loud. A noise machine would have helped. 😊Breakfast was well stocked, lots of variety, very delicious and warm. Absolutely the best breakfast! Tysm for such a lovely stay.

We only live 3 miles away but stayed for 8 days while renovations were going on at our house. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant had some exccellent night specials too.

Visiting for first time, celebrating anniversary. To begin, the front desk agents could be more welcoming. However, Camry, the gentleman who work night shift NYE, and Monday morning check-out agent, gave the professional and proper C.S. experience that's expected. The breakfast was a typical one, waffles, bacon, watery eggs, juice etc. Nothing special, however, the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, mattress pretty comfortable but those damn pillows need to be thrown away. Requested extra pillows, they were out. However, received some the next day per request. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner, mold at bottom of shower. Toilet seat too low, closet made too low, another inch wardrobe would be on floor. Also, there are 5 floors, we requested a upper floor, they put us on 2nd?? The location is accessible to interstate, places to eat and about 12 mins from shopping. You hear the train almost every 20-30 minutes. If we are in the area we will not stay at this locaton.

If you book to sleep, you will not be able to sleep, the hotel in front of highway which is where my room was, and I think the other side there is train tracks, also the heating is not working on my room, it was very bad experience for me is this hotel.

Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. A lot bigger than I had expected. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!! Seriously washed away 20 years of sin!!! Lol. I thought the beds would be uncomfortable as they were harder than I’m used to but slept surprisingly well. The breakfast was delicious! Actual hot food (biscuits and gravy and bacon among other stuff). A lot to choose from. The staff was great at accommodating my mistake in booking for the wrong date. Also went the extra mile in helping me jump my car when my battery was dead and directed me to a nearby parts store. 10/10 would stay again.

Excellent hotel. We had the efficiency room..basically a small apartment. Very clean, great beds and bathroom was like brand new. The breakfast was very good and lots to choose from. Friendly staff. Wish all hotels were this good the price.

The hotel was newer and very nice. We loved our room and the staff at the front desk was kind and helpful. My family had 2 safety issues with the hotel. The door on the side of the hotel was often open, once door was pushed open it would not close unless pushed closed. Our second issue was the noise of the cleaning staff in the morning on the 5th floor. The would yell at each other down the hallway and across rooms they were cleaning early in the morning around 7:30-8 am.

The room was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent and overall it was a pleasant stay but had a couple of issues: I'm not sure how the bathrooms were supposed to be vented but they didn't clear well. This contributed to the room feeling a bit humid. The AC, despite a label covering the controls, wasn't really controlled with the wall thermostat and had to be adjusted at the window unit. The last 24 hours of our stay the internet went out. It was what it was.
