I looked for refund from Expedia because what they promised not one thing did you deliver. I had my old mother with me so we had to check in at 2:00 am as we had no where else to go. Paid in full. Had to go hotel hunting so we could move out of the dump Expedia recommended with lovely photos and beach as near as 100 meters. But at a sewerage outlet. Dirty smell dirty water. Moreover more than 100 steps to it. Cockroaches in bed. OMG. No one should be put through the situation we were put in in Expedia. The hotel should not even be a hotel. And on Expedia site? We paid more than 5star price for 6-7 hours in the shithole if I may discribe. I need my refund take the price for 1 night we stayed and give back the refund for 18 days. I am shocked that Expedia had the hotel on their website. All Expedia did was forwarded our complaint to the manager and got out of it. The manager said you booked with Expedia you get your refund from them. Where are we? Them tossing the ball. Give us the refund. The stress we went through on the 25th night with children and my old mother sitting outside the hotel in mosquitos and heat while at that hour of the night me and my husband trying to find a decent hotels. A new place and and a language beyond understanding.

Close to Pattaya's nicest beach. Room was spacious, but had a damp smell. Sofa bed smelt too bad to sleep on.

Excellent place for the price. Older hotel, but big rooms, big beds. Only 2 minute walk to quiet beach. For the price of room, it was great. Also had swimming pool and hot sauna for free. Breakfast also free every morning. American eggs n sausage or Thai chicken rice. 👍

Most unfriendliest staff ever, facilities are OK, but the beds are comfortable as hell. Pool is alright for refreshing, but its hard to argue at this price level

The lady at the reception was completely rude and doesn't know how to treat a guest. first she said that i didn't have a booking although i paid for 2 days. Then she confirmed the same and asked me to check out the next day. I told her that i have booking for 2 days. She just yelled and was completely unhelpful. The hotel is not close to any of the attractions as its uphill... Lots of guest had checked out before their time frame.... EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF.... DONT STAY IN THIS HOTEL..........
