I stayed in a shared room with 4 beds. The locker is modern using card. The room is nice and clean. The bed is big although it is for one person :)

Nice, clean double room with large locker and good bathroom. The hotel is on a bustling street and not too far from the metro, and only one stop from West Lake.

Friendly service. You can purchase ticket to see Impressive Westlake with discount. Basic room, not to far from everything.

Clean. Near the lake and metro station. Convenient store and fast food shop on the street. Helpful staff

Location is good, just needs 15 min walk to the tourist streets and close to West lake. Easy to take bus to the main sightseeing points. Only a bit noisy when others talk outside rooms coz walls are not sound proofed.

close to amenities, great budget hotel. except u need to climb up 1 level stairs to reception daily. as hotel is on Level 1.
