Like the location is quiet and the ocean view is wonderful, staff very accommodating and friendly, but needed a new carpet and the shower head. Otherwise it's a very nice place to stay.

The room was adequate and met our needs. The view was outstanding and the pool was nice.
There was a "room service" menu, but no instructions on how to contact anything in the hotel. Dialing the typical 0 (zero) for front desk just let it ring and ring, but nobody ever answered and there were no instructions on what numbers to actually call. The gym and "indoor basketball court" HAD air conditioning units, but none of them were turned on. We asked the front desk and they managed to activate the aircon for the exercise room, but stated that they would not turn on air conditioning for the basketball court. Honestly, what's the point of having an indoor basketball court if it is not air-conditioned in the Philippines???
