Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out.

Beautiful property, full of history and culture.
Staff at Castello have been exceptional, friendly and attentive. 5/5 for cleanliness and food. Pool is quite clean and well equipped for relaxing. Would highly recommend :-)

The girl who worked in the reception was absolutely wonderful. So helpful and kind and made our stay so much pleasant. We wanted some snacks in the evening and she served us a plate with some delicious snacks. It was so tasty:) we really loved our stay and hope we can visit again some time.
