Clean room, balcony in the room we had did not look like the picture on the website it was much smaller and no privacy towards the street the fence was a steel fence not like the picture.
The staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious and room was clean. It is at the end of downtown - it is a 10 minute walk to downtown. There is NO parking or valet. We went at a time when there was a festival 10/19 -10/21 and parking was very limited - we searched for approximately 30 minutes - we were able to park overnight at a hotel that 15 mins away.

Nice small hotel in a convenient location. Room was clean and comfortable. Good wifi. Was hot water but didn’t last for long. Had to rush in shower. Staff was professional and friendly. Breakfast at restaurant was good as was the service. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Santa Rita. The room was big and clean, and the restaurant in the hotel had really good food and service.
