Clear sign on how to access the property. Spacious apartment. It’s stairs only so be mindful of that when you make your booking

This was the worst property I have stayed during my trip. I stayed at different places in Iceland and This was the worst place to stay. Bathroom sink was stinky, no body wash, no soap for washer etc. It was on 4th floor with no elevator. They did not mentioned in their listing so traveling with full size luggage bag with family is tough. Front door keypad was not working so we have to call with. I proper response about service while staying outside in cold , we waited for almost 30 mins and were finally lucky that we were able to open the door after punching access code more than 50 times. In short this place is not worth staying for the amount we paid. It says it’s luxury apartment but there nothing g that you feel as luxury except location.
