Pretty clean for my standards (bed and floors) but the couch was not clean so we did not sit there. The toilet was outdoors which was okay but the amenities seriously need a revamp. The cabinets in the kitchen fell off, the light outside didnt work, the balcony doors could not lock, the handheld shower did not work, the water was quite filthy (i had brought a filter and it turned fully black and eventually filthy orange within the first shower) pool could use some deep cleaning as the floor was quite mouldy. you also can only reach the hotel by a motorbike provided by the hotel staff.. i was a bit stressed bc it was my first time riding a bike and they carry ur luggage ON THE MOTORCYCLE hahahaha but no worries about theft as it is a quiet village area with little to zero traffic. You can probably also just opt to walk to your villa. Very friendly and accommodating staff, breakfast was yummy too.

Beautiful pool and lovely staff. Free shuttle provided that will take you anywhere in Ubud if you just whatsapp the admin team. Nice breakfasts too.
