I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. Ungrounded extension cords are provided. The market next door which presumably provides a free breakfast wasn't open for the season yet. Other than that, the room was enjoyable.

No hair dryer and minimal lighting and plug ins, but so worth the location and comfort. The market has the best prices lobster meals. Check the hours of the store before arriving as we missed out on that benefit. Would love to return!
