Room is good size. Was nice having a sofa in the room. Bathroom is good size. Big walk in shower with excellent water pressure. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were terrible.

The room was decorated beautifully. So nice to have a couch to sit on versus just the bed. The brd was very comfortable. The room was also very clean. We would definitely stay there again

One of our favorite Hampton Inns. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean hotel. AND quiet! Great tea and coffee. Breakfast buffet is available.

Very nice hotel! Dont know the guys name that checked us in but he was wonderful!!! Only dislike was the pillows! But if you like them soft, youll be set.

Took awhile for someone to come check us in at the front desk. Then we had to deal with barking dogs I’m right next to us rebought the day until we finally said something

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was a little on the colder side and the first day there were two little kids under 8 that were unsupervised with no adults present at all.

This was the perfect stop for us while traveling! The complimentary cookies and water were great. The kids loved the pool. The suite was huge… definitely worth upgrading. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Guest services was very nice. As we were checking in I was explained to that the curtain was stuck in the downward position. I agreed to stay as it was to be down. We get to the room at 1am and the shade is stuck half up. And a light was on right outside the window. There was zero chance of sleeping the whole room was bright.

Very nice, clean hotel. Great breakfast. Highly recommended. Only drawback was that the parking lot was full on Friday night and almost thought I was going to have to park on the street.

I was slightly disappointed with the housekeeping service. I found several long, dark hairs in the sinks and on shelves. The corners of the floor had an accumulation of dust. It was a good stay overall, but not a great stay.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff is definitely 5 star. Location was great for our evet at the University. We rented the meeting room and it was the perfect set up for a group of 35. They even gave us a coffee set up Our room was as the pictures show, Up to date, nice and clean. Hot breakfast every morning was always a good selection and kept up. Definitely recommend staying here.

I came here for a conference, and was pleasantly surprised! The staff was polite and friendly, everything was very clean, and our room was perfectly comfortable. If you are staying in the Menomonie/Eau Claire area, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Overall hotel was wonderful-pool was great! Started out disappointed- When we got to our room, first thing we noticed was an odd smell- the room was dirty, I pulled the comforter back to find food crumbs all over the sheets- it looked like they just remade the bed without changing bedding. We then open the fridge to find a fridge full of old food and a freezer meal that had thawed and gone bad hence the smell of the room. I called down to the desk and was told to just come get a new key- never once was told sorry. We had a great time so it’s unfortunate we started off rough.
