The stay overall was good. I did not like that the pool was closed. Also, there is a very steep hill that shows up on the navigation that all cars cannot pass through. It made for a very scare experience. I think there should be a note in the directions provided by you guys that says to stay on the main road until you reach the town. Breakfast was excellent. all else was good.

A special thank you to Veronica at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. I would also like to recognize Franco for his excellent attention and willingness to help throughout our stay.
The hospitality of the entire team made us feel welcome and cared for. I would gladly return to this hotel because of the wonderful service provided by everyone, especially Veronica and Franco.
