Everybody is awesome, from registration to servers to guards etc. very polite and accommodating. Service is 10/10. Food is 10/10. Housekeeping is 10/10.

Best stay in beautiful Boracay in best location close to restaurants and tourist pick up/drop off spot. Feliz has nightly fire dance shows in its plaza which we did not get to watch till the night before we left (too tired from all the water aports activities each day). Spectacular show! Thanks to GM and front desk for their courtesy and upgrades!

Great hotel that’s newly built and clean. Staff are nice and attentive and location is close to the beach.
My only complaint is that the rooftop bar service is a little slow.

Feliz Hotel is a beautiful hotel placed in a centralized location close to everything you need from shopping, dining to massages, hair braids and scheduling excursions. The staff at Feliz Hotel are so hospitable. They went above and beyond for us. They attended to all of our needs. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with freshmements and a place to sit while we wait to check in. We met a very attentive host named Chris who helped us with our luggage and checked up on us through out our stay. On our last night he even help set up transportation for our early mornings departure to the airport AND set up breakfast to go packages for us at the front desk. We were locked out of our room one night because the card reader to the door malfunctioned. Four people came to the rescue to make sure we got in our rooms and repaired the card reader. Thank you Feliz Hotel Staff for a memorable vacation and special shout out to Chris for his 5 star customer service.

Bathroom’s shower sink didn’t drain properly causing it to over flow whenever the shower is in used.

The property was pretty awesome. Breakfast meal was fantastic. Staff was very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back again. Hopefully soon.

We arrived on Christmas Eve and check in was very efficient and friendly. The room was exactly what I was expecting; clean and well maintained. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying at this hotel when we return to the area.

Hotel is in a great location, can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. However, we were not impressed with the food. Better to eat outside than at the hotel.

Amazing stay! The rooms were beautiful and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Chris was excellent! Arrival into Boracay and transportation to/from the airport was seamless. The hotel had everything planned accordingly. The breakfast everyday was excellent - I highly recommend adding this to your stay. We also used their onsite massage services at 10 in the evening and they were excellent. We really loved the live music outside daily and we enjoyed the fire show on the weekend. Its conveniently located where all the great shops are and a quick walk to the beach. Its everything you could ask for!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay ar the Feliz Hotel. It's right in the center of Boricay and walking distance to shops, beach, and restaurants. Chris Agnes was the best concierge. Thank you Chris for making our honeymoon magical and special.

I spent an extraordinary week in this very beautiful hotel, magnificently decorated and ideally located 200 meters from a superb beach. The staff is very professional and always attentive. the rooms are large and very well equipped. the services are of excellent quality and the restaurant offers varied and always excellent cuisine. The atmosphere of this hotel makes you immediately feel good. The swimming pool is very pleasant. no false note. I will return to this beautiful establishment without any hesitation.

It is located in downtown Dmall and just one minute walk from the White Beach. The facilities were all clean and luxurious, and the breakfast was different every day, so I was satisfied. I highly recommend it.

Feliz Hotel is in the middle of station 2 restaurants, grocery store, shopping center are in walking distance. They have live music every night. The only thing I didn’t like is their towels, they need to replace them with brand new ones.

Our room was amazing!!At first we had trouble with the key card we been back and forth the recepetion to help us fix the problem but they will just open it with their key card so we had to call them 4times eventually someone came and change the key card.Other than that our stay was amazing!

Just checked out yesterday and we love Feliz Hotel. Brand new hotel, very clean, staff are very helpful and friendly and close to everything, the beach, shopping, restaurants and transportation. We enjoyed their Acoustic band, the only suggestions we have is we felt uncomfortable because they kept mentioning for tips when you request a song.
And also, they need a line for our clothes to hang after swimming..otherwise it is a beautiful hotel. Love the Mediterranean and Rustic look! We booked again, and will be there in 2 weeks.

Good location. Clean. Friendly staff. Food is so-so. Problem is too many MOSQUITOES. Hallways are full of it. We killed 9 mosquitoes in our room in 24 hours. NINE!!! Asked the staff to spray bug spray but no one came to do it.

Located in the middle of everything from shopping, restaurants, cafes, easy access to the beach and they have fire dance on the weekend. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommended to stay here.

We weren't able to connect to hotel wifi at all during our 4-day stay. Not enough bars to hang wet clothes. Loud music at night if you don't like noise.Otherwise, a good hotel!

Aside from the late pick up from the port to the hotel,our stay was great! The Feliz Hotel was right in the middle of the D Mall,so its surrounded by shops and restaurants and the beach just a short walk. The room given to us was quiet even if there was a band till 10:00 pm. The La Plaza in front of the hotel was a hopping place for diners at night with the band playing and a place where you can order seafood to be cooked. The only thing they didnt mention was that its only CASH payment because the seafood were outsourced.
The staff were really helpful,the room spacious and clean(some toiletries like body lotions needs to be requested from housekeeping,including cleaning of room)
We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Boracay👍
