This is my first time visiting Tainan city. This hotel located in a very convenient location that I can easily rent a bike or walk to anywhere. And the neighbours are nice and quiet. There are also lots of Taiwanese style breakfast options near by. It is a very good location for people who wanted to experience local people life. It's across from the Anping local fresh grocery market. Very nice down to the earth with good food. However, I live in the room without widnow. So I wasn't able to tell if it's noise in the morning when people are shopping for groceries. Overall I love this place, very quiet at night and convenient for going to everywhere. To me all walkable distance.

Clean and tidy with helpful staff.
Great location if you like to be close to the locals, Flora is the place for you.
Plus with the Anping market across the street, you can easily get a local breakfast. The only problem is that the soundproofing is not very good.
