The hotel was very clean. Free parking and breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. Ours had microwave and fridge. Great location too. Very close to Dallas Love airport.

All good except for checking in and out. Manager not helpful or responsive. Desk staff wasn't as friendly as rest of staff. Breakfast great. Staff running kitchen outstanding.

Very clean, friendly and up to date hotel. I throughly enjoy the amenities and the great security this location had to offer. I hope to stay again if I’m ever in the area again and will recommend it to others as well.

Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at. Enough towels and toiletries in room for both days, great mirror for makeup, clean comfy bed and pillows. Rooms are large enough with a couch in them to seat more. The way the room was set up was great.

It's was great. Indoor pool the kids love and doesn't close until 10. Breakfast is amazing. The location is great with restaurants all around. All the staff we met are great.

Our stay here was beyond expectations. It was clean and well kept. The heated pool was a plus and had plenty of towels available at the pool and in the room. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful and attentive. We decided this is definitely an option for future stays

The hotel was great, but the bars right outside of our window made for a late night. Thai would be great if you’re going to party around the area, but we had 3 small kids with us and that made for a long night.

They need to upgrade their luggage carts to the old fashion rectangular carts as opposed to the triangular tri-wheel type. The triangular cart doesn't hold much luggage and what is held falls off. Dump luggage three times when trying to bump over a small rise in the elevator car. On site staff said they knew about it and had told management but nothing had been done. Since this is an ongoing problem and management had been notified, the fact nothing has been done to resolve is enough for me and others not to stay. This is unfortunate as the area is convenient to some nice restaurants. Hope management wakes up and gets rid of the three wheel carts.

Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Clean room and bathroom. All amenities included. Breakfast was delicious. Scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes, bagels, cereal, coffee was delicious!

The water in the swimming pool was pretty cold, which was disappointing for my kids because the indoor pool was the main reason we chose this hotel. Otherwise the place was great.

Upon arrival in the evening, the parking lot lighting was amazing! Fast and friendly check-in, very clean and modern lobby and room, and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

I mistakenly booked the room for the wrong week. I went ahead and paid and rented a room when i arrived and they refused to refund my money for the mistaken night so i paid double. I, nor my company will never stay in an IHG hotel again.

Would be a 5 but the blinds need to be fixed, very difficult to open and close in our room. Bathroom fan was not working. The Last night of our stay we did discover some sugar ants, not a ridiculous amount but enough to make us a bit uncomfortable. Probably due to my childs open cotton candy but regardless you wouldn't expect that from just one night being left out.

Hotel is pretty new so everything looks more clean n polished. Breakfast was pretty basic... But the rooms are very good and spacious. Loved the bright lighting in the room. Bathroom is pretty spacious and big compared to other hotels. Also the platform to keep luggage is very practical idea.
