The apartment is beautiful just as the picture facing sea. The key and handling was done via efficient staff
The entrance to the building was very unpleasant. There was stale food, including what looked like chicken nuggets, that appeared to have been left there for quite some time and was giving off a very bad smell. Near the lift, there was also an old glass of coffee that had clearly been sitting there for a while, and that area smelled badly as well.
The lift itself was sticky and did not feel clean. Overall, the common areas of the building were poorly maintained, unhygienic and quite unpleasant to walk through. The condition of the building really affected the overall impression of the stay.

This was a big and light apartment with a big shower, fully equipped, and with a nice terrace looking on the sea. Everything was provided to us, including detergent for the washing machine and even beach towels, which is very rare but super helpful for those who travel with hand luggage only. The location is central, but luckily far from the main crowd.
There is nothing that I didn’t like. If I am forced to find something bad, I can say the apartment is nice, but nothing luxurious—maybe it was 20 years ago, but now it is just a good place for a city holiday. Also, the beach access is still under development, but we still enjoyed it, though it might not be good for families with small kids.
