A fantastic hotel overall. The room was a little on the small side and limited storage, however I find this to be the case in most hotels in Japan’s big cities. The hotel itself was excellent, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet every morning was always fresh and well stocked and the staff up there were always so kind, helpful and generous. The hotel is also superbly located, with a 7-eleven connected directly and countless restaurants on the doorstep. It’s also great for shopping with so many flagship stores in and around umeda all within a short walk. Osaka Station City which includes a number of stations including Umeda is also only a 5-6 minute walk. This means the connection to Shin-Osaka for the Shinkansen is only a 5 minute ride on the Midsuoji line from Umeda. Oh and the lovely charming cafes of Nakazakicho are just a 10 minute walk away. I feel it’s THE best location in Osaka on many levels.

Good stay at hotel. Just a little difficult to locate but once there the hotel and amenities were good. room size was good. Staff were helpful. Convenience store on site was useful. Enjoyable stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. It's close to many food places and umeda station is right around the corner. They also ha e a 7eleven connected to their building, very convenient
