I book this hotel for my parents and they enjoyed their premium stay...they are so spacious and clean and alot of free breakfast options 💓♥️❤️ Great job guys

good location, near many eateries and linked to food court and street market catering for all dietary requirements. Less than 10 mins drive to the Railway station.
check-in was quick, but the 1st room was unsatisfactory, so we requested to change and was quickly obliged. there's a common pantry on every floor to refill hot & cod water, sit & relax with books to read. my favorite part was the breakfast - limited spread BUT the nasi lemak bungkus was THE BEST WE HAVE TASTED!!! staff were obliging.
Negatives: the room faced the food court and are not soundproof. we were awakened at 2-3 am to people talking loudly outside and noise of bins being banged.
improvements: it would be good if the bathrooms had hook or towel rails BEHIND the door. No tissue paper in the room.
