The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!

Room was spotless, staff were overly kind and helpful. Easy and quick transportation to downtown. Accommodated a late check in and were very helpful in a stressful situation. Would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.
