Stayed here Christmas Eve while in town visiting family. Front desk gave us a key early afternoon, even though we weren’t going to get into our room until 10 pm. Was so nice just to walk right in and go to bed.

The jets in the hot tub weren’t working and it was just warm, but the hotel was clean, and the beds were so comfy! The breakfast in the morning was great! Super convenient to the hospital across the street.

We booked this property so the kids could relax in the pool. The hot tub was broken and the pool heater not working. Frustrating as if we had know that ahead of time we would have cancelled our reservation.

Comfortable hotel, check in was smooth and friendly.. Rooms and bathroom are very large. Beds are comfortable. I personally just do not like the super modern look.

This is a wonderful place with wonderful bedding. If they would take the time to eliminate the small spots of mold around the shower it would be perfect

While the hotel staff was and accommodating. We were surprised to wake up after our first night there and found a bedbug on the bed. We immediately went downstairs and alerted management of it. They did move us rooms and only refunded one night of the two night stay. The condition of the hotel room is not what I would expect for the price.

Amazing staff, very tasty breakfast, and safe entrance and parking. The only downside is the cleanliness, I found hairs that were not mine in between the bed sheets and there were snacks in the pantry that were left from the people before us. But overall I would recommend.

Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed at in recent years. Clean, quiet, and provided everything we needed for our few days here on vacation. My only complaint was that they did not have a working water fountain on the main floor - everything else they knocked out of the park!
