Near quiapo church and business center.

The hotel clerks looked amateur.
They didn't know the transportation around the hotel.
They did keep my passport into the hotel front and they didn't return it till I strongly asked them to return it from my room through the internal phone.
But the location is very good.
I'll use the hotel again with a caution.
