It was spacious and clean, great little balcony as well to overview of the seaside. Just too bad the noise was a bit loud from the bar till midnight, otherwise its great for staying.

Nice place to stay for just one night in Semporna for jetty to Mabul the second day.
Full sets of shampoo, bath, conditioner, good air conditioner.
Responsible reception.
Overall it’s okay a one night stay.

The hotel is in a very noisy area. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full. The staff did assist with getting our baggage to the hotel from a nearby office.
