Really disappointed because we were not aware the facility no longer provided dishes to go with the kitchenette. On prior visits, we were provided pots, pans and dishes. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet and delivery orders were quick and easy due to our location. Just really sad we had to leave a $150.00, but for what?

The first room the toilet didn’t flush. Thankful they gave me a new room but this one wasn’t quite clean. Stains on the blanket and drawers that would not stay close at all

There was a slight smell in this room. Not too overpowering. Room was a bit more expensive than my last stay. Over all, these rooms are good!

Poor kid Andrew was doing everything! He was restocking the vending area, he had to run up and check on our room and he checked us in. Good working kid! Poor management! Construction at the hotel was inconvenient and the hotel felt very sketchy. Poor water pressure in shower and just not an overall clean feeling.

We frequently travel and typicaly choose a suite with kitchen as we always prepare our own food. For this reason I always keep a loaded bin of food essentials, a pan, and a chef's knife. But this kitchen had NOTHING at all-no pots & pans, no plates, no utensils, no cups-nothing! They do have all but pots/pans *for sale at an inflated price*, but otherwise nothing. Towels/washclothes, insufficient. Beds were ok, not great. Decor, ugly. Bathroom, ok. Everything seemed fairly clean, but barely adequate. NO ICE MACHINE, and the ice maker in the fridge was turned off; one must turn it on and wait for SIX HOURS for ice! Ridiculous, we will never book here again!!!

The reviews gave it an excellent stay. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. The first room I was assigned was dirty and had a bad smell coming from the carpet. The second room smelled better but the sheets were dirty and the shower dower would not stay closed. I had to prop the door up with my foot and try to shower at the same time.

Upon entering the place smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Funny as signs were posted everywhere that it was a no smoking establishment and we were warned against smoking by the desk clerk. The breakfast area was under construction and a thin layer of white dust covered floors and counters into the liby. I was charged a $150 fee to be held in case of damages that I was unaware of. The clerk checking us in was rude. The room was musty and smelled like soured milk. We had to keep the window open the entire time and the AC blasting. The shower was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, the stove was missing a coil and the other one was bent halfway off. The refrigerator was dented but clean. There were numerous dents, scratches and dings in the walls. One drawer wouldn’t stay closed no matter how many times we shut it. (We took pictures so we would not be charged for the damages). The begs were clean and comfortable but the carpet was dirty. We would have made alternative arrangements, but we were in a rush to get to a concert which was the reason for our trip. During the night there were people yelling in the parking lot and in the hall. Ratings on this facility were not accurate at all.

Room was great except for the bed it dipped in the center. The pillows were very hard. Everything else was very good

Please ignore the ratings on Horels.com. This hotel is NOT EXCELLENT!! It looks like they are doing renovations, but aren’t doing renovations.

The room was clean and affordable. There is a $150 deposit per stay. The bathrooms have been renovated since the last time I stayed there. I love the new glass door showers that they have installed. The hotel is located near several restaurants and shopping areas. I would stay here again.

There were cockroach’s in the bed!

This is where I stay whenever I go to Greenville. The price is always what I look for first then cleanliness and the surrounding area. The hotel is surrounded by literally all shopping venues, so everything is in walking distance.

Very “okay” hotel. Didn’t feel super clean and the door was faulty.

Decent location and good for the price and that they allow pets. Beds were incredibly squeaky which was annoying overnight, they need some oil or something to help with the noise. Only stayed one night passing through Greenville. Front desk staff were friendly.

They were doing some re=modeling, but managed to keep it from affecting the guest experience. My room was large with a comfortable bed, full size fridge and stove. I had packages sent to the hotel. They were given to me when I checked in with no extra handling fees. Check in was handled quickly and friendly. Great location near lots of restaurants. I'll stay here again when in Greenville.

The staff here is friendly, and the area is convenient. It's my first time in Greenville, but it's been a great experience

This property is undergoing renovation and large sections were covered in plastic and sheet rock dust. The elevator was working erratically as the construction crew would stall it on their work floor. The first room had a strong odor of carpet cleaner over ?. The next one had no working AC until the manager flipped the breaker. The room had been partially renovated and the bathroom was very modern and comfortable. There was a kitchenette with a two burner stovetop, microwave and full size refrigerator. Any other cooking equipment or tableware would need to be brought as there was only a drip coffee maker and a toaster, and two disposable coffee cups.
Clearly an investment is being made to update this property and if the bathroom is an indicator it may be a more modern and comfortable stay in a year or so. We probably wouldn’t have chosen it if we knew about the construction.

This property offers kitchens but does not provide anything I.e. plate, utensil, pots plans. Unless you bring all your kitchen supplies, don't plan on using it or staying here. This is the first time we had a kitchen with absolutely nothing in it. The only thing the cabinets geld was crumbs and food remnants from previous stays.

We were in Greenville. 70 Eucharistic conference stayed at your hotel Building was in a pretty bad disarray Service restaurant to be desired. Not very clean

Friendly staff. Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but were okay. There was hair and a bar of used soap left in the shower. When I turned the heat on, it smelled like something was burning. There was a weird scratching noise that I couldn’t place that lasted all night.

Good spot for sleeping. No hotel amenities!!

The building itself was nice. The table, counters and microwave all dirty. Not even wiped off, and it smelled. Outside trash all over the place.

Staff asked for $150 deposit for incidentals before allowing check in. Carpets worn and dirty. Property undergoing renovation. Fridge in room making loud noise all night.

Hotel was under construction and very dirty. Stayed for 3 nights and never vacuumed hallway. Room Toilet seat broke off. No normal room cleaning. No breakfast.

What was unique was a lack of a hall ice machine. Instead, each unit had a full-sized fridge, but the Ice maker wasn't making ice for hours after check-in. There was no breakfast, and there were no kingsize beds, both of which came as a surprise to me. I should have known because the price was very reasonable, and the location was okay. I wouldn't recommend it, as there are much nicer places to stay nearby for only a few dollars more.

Relaxing! Friendly staff!

Everyone was nice but there is construction in the hotel. The room did have a smell. It was ok for my one night stay.

Lots of construction. Poor management.

Clothes from another couple in our bathroom. Hairs in tub. Smelled like cigarettes.

I liked the location of the property. Easy freeway access, close enough to downtown and many excellent restaurants. The room was clean, access was easy on the ground floor, check in and out efficient, property was clean.
It would appear that the room was designed for long term stays; full sized refrigerator, stove with electric burners.
There were, however, no pots and pans for cooking, making the stove redundant.
I don’t have any objection to that arrangement (except for the lack of equipment) for those who are there long term, but, in my case a microwave and compact refrigerator would have sufficed.
The store arrangement I didn’t understand? Okay, I guess for long termers, but a selection of food items in the room ( as in other short stay facilities) would have been appreciated.
Overall, a good stay with no major complaints. Pricing was competitive and overall amenities were acceptable.

They charge a $150 incidentals fee that doesn’t go back to your credit card for 5 to 7 business days. Not safe for woman traveling alone or together. Lots of construction inside the hotel and outside.
