Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good. For two of the nights I was there upstairs room was very loud and sleep was hard to come by. The front desk is friendly, but seem somewhat uninterested in customer service. Not terrible, but not the best. Will probably look for another option on my next trip.

Very disappointed in a $100 charge for a pet! I could have booked him his own hotel room at that price!!! I think there needs to be transparency on the site about ridiculous charges. $100 is not pet friendly

This place called the police on me several times with false accusations. They had oversized dogs barking uncontrollably and blamed it on my miniature poodle. They lied and bullied us and had the police remove us and tried to keep my money so I couldn’t go to another hotel. I had to call my bank to get my money back. TownePlace just kept threatening to call the police instead of refunding the stay. The kitchen was dirty the carpet was a tripping hazard.

This was a last minute stay and we got a great rate at this hotel. We really only needed the room to sleep and have breakfast and then we were headed back on the road, so we didn't spend too much time there, but for the short stay, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean, the bed was very comfy and the breakfast was decent. The room was really nice for anyone that would be staying for a longer period of time. It had a cute little pull out desk for working, amble lighting and a full kitchen stocked with dishes, and everything you'd need to cook for a few days. We weren't in town long enough to visit any of the places around the hotel, but we did drive by the shops/restaurants that are across from it and it looked like a cute area to grab a drink. I'd stay here again for sure.

We loved the overall experience here. I could have used more explanation on how room service works-there is no pamphlet in the room to guide you on hotel items, or local dining etc. The room was awesome. We had a full kitchen that was stocked with dishes etc. the pool always had towels, breakfast was great. Brenda worked the breakfast shift (and more) and she is so great. She deserves a raise!!!

We tried to check in at 3:30pm (Check in started at 3) and we were told they were still cleaning rooms. We waited in the lobby for 2 hours and watched no fewer than 10 other people check in and get to their room. We did not get our room choice, which was supposed to be a King room.

A great property, where I would definitely stay again. We got good value for the room rate, wonderful neighborhood, friendly staff...the whole package. Only curious thing about the room was an open shower, so the floor got wet. Not a problem, just a curiosity.

I booked my reservation on Expedia and paid for it. I was charged at the regular rate by the hotel and still waiting for a refund. The walls are thin so for 2 nights we didn’t sleep due to the young girls in the next room talking all night and a dog on the other side. I love dogs but I think the dogs should be kept on the same floor so they don’t disturb guests. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Very nice place but disappointed the gas fireplaces on the patio didn’t work, it was controlled by an app on the clerk’s phone. Also pool was too cold to swim in, need to increase temperature in November

The property was beautifully maintained. I loved the firepits with the view outside. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room and the TV said Welcome Monte Ward. A very nice personal touch. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I loved the shower; the handle to turn it on and adjust the temperature was on opposite wall of the shower head. Very Smart!!! Plus check-out was at noon! A in our book!

Check in was a nightmare. We changed rooms 3 times in 13 hours. The deadbolts didn't work nor did the tv remotes. Our compensation for all the issues...2 bottles of water, a pint of ice cream and an ice cream sandwich!!

This property was built just a few years ago and is very clean and not worn at all. Our room was great. We got an upgrade with a view of the city. The only wrinkle might have been that the breakfast wasn't great but I don't expect a lot from hotel/motel breakfasts. Overall excellent.
