Localização excelente, pertinho do centrinho e com supermercado grande e 24h na esquina, estacionamento a rua em frente e ao lado, café da manhã ótimo e variado, flat com um bom tamanho e estrutura e funcionários atenciosos e prestativos!
Senti falta de uma TV no quarto, como dica trocar a da sala e colocar no quarto, será bem mais utilizada e útil.

Sehr geräumig, gute Lage (Strand, Restaurants relativ nah, großer 24 Stunden Supermarkt 50m entfernt), gutes Frühstück von 7 - 10.00, komfortables Bett, Schlafzimmer lässt sich ziemlich gut abdunkeln, Balkon, Warmwasser, Küche gut ausgestattet, Badezimmer
Kein Fahrstuhl; Wifi funktioniert nicht im Schlafzimmer; unmöglich länger als bis 7.00 zu schlafen wegen den 2 kleinen Hunden des Nachbarn gegenüber, die bis Mitternacht extrem schrill bellen (gute Ohrstöpsel aus Wachs helfen gar nicht!), empfindliche Leute sollten ein Zimmer ohne Balkon auf der anderen Seite buchen (ohne nerviges Hundegebell hätte ich 10/10 gegeben)

Somente a localização
O flat não é dedetizado, tinha muitas formigas das pequenas no chão e subiam na mesa. No local não tem como estender roupa de banho molhada. Não firnecem detergente, esponja e nem pano de prato.
O café da manhã deixa a desejar, tem variedades mas os bolos não eram de qualidade. Local do café é pequeno e muito tumultuado e a reposição demora um pouco.
Se pensar apenas no custo vale a pena mas em questão de qualidade e conforto não recomendo.
