During our stay we had left for a short time to Narathiwat. During that time Hat Yai had severe flooding in the hotel was damaged. They were kind and allowed us to come back to our room to gather our belongings once it was safe. They are always kind and I highly recommend their hotel!

Such lovely staff! Room was very nice for 3 of us- spacious, clean and lovely view. Pool was a very nice plus. Would recommend!

Nice pool and good location.
Quiet and peaceful. One thing I don’t like is all people swimming with so much clothes, buts that’s is the Thai and especially Muslim ways I guess. Not so fresh in my opinion.

The hotel environment is ok, near to shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Staff is also helpful and polite. The room cleanliness still needs improvement eventhough looks tidy but the floor is quite sticky and can see strains of hair on the floor or the bed, the bedsheet is also looking quite yellowish or with stains.
