Room temperature control was questionable. Coffee machine in the lobby never returned the change as posted and systematically overcharged. Expedia site does not list proper front desk hours, breakfast price, etc. and needs an update!

This is a great value hotel that I stayed at with my family during our drive back to the UK from the south of France. The hotel itself is located at 25 minute walk from the centre of Amboise: we walked in and had a lovely meal and walk around the town, which is very beautiful.
We had four bicycles attached to our car and had some concerns about security during our holiday, but the parking at this hotel is very secure so there were no problems leaving our bikes locked to the car.
Our room had a great view of the Château, which was a nice surprise.
My only criticism is that for breakfast the plates provided are extremely small. It would be nice to have larger plates!
I would definitely stay here again.

A budget hotel on the outskirts of historic Amboise. Spent one night there on our way to the sea coast; very happy.

Reasonably prices hotel about a mile from Amboise centre.
Good for a night or two stay. The rooms are functional and clean. They serve breakfast and there are a couple of vending machines. Parking is safe and secure.
