Location, views and outside space are all very good. But the property itself need a fair bit of upgrade and maintenance. Some issues include broken chairs that have been glued, but the glue has failed. It simply needs replacing. The bathroom has broken and missing tiles. The kitchen pendemt light is missing and the wiring is in show. In splitting a once grand house into three units, the layout is compromised. There are loose handles, worn out decor and old furniture throughout. If you are looking for a place with lots of small beds and an adequate and functional place to act as a base camp, then it probably works. I expect renting out all the units, will suit a large group. If you are looking for a home from home experience for yourself, then you won't find it. The property needs an overhaul to bring it back. The Britannia pub nearby has closed, which removes a previous benefit, but does give options for parking as the immediate parking area is very cramped.

Bed was comfortable, but one of them is on the window side of the curtain, so not ideal. Nice bathroom, great shower. The door needs fixing so it closes, and a lock fitting.

My husband and I came to wales for a quick holiday with our 4 children. This house is perfect for a big family and very child friendly! The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need. We loved the big open fireplace, this made the place so warm and cosy. The views from the windows and outside are beautiful. We have no faults. Jo was extremely friendly and helpful. We hope to come back!

the best most relaxing stay i have had in a long time and the personal touch as well is fantastic, my nephew who hates staying anywhere other than his own home absolutely loved it and cant wait to go back
