All clientele were very polite, respectful and accommodating. The room had hard wood flooring (no carpets) which is much cleaner. The hotel restaurant food wasn’t good but the service was fine.

As I was doing my check-in I was not told that my reservation included breakfast, I was not giving the wifi password and not even the bell boy helped us with our luggage

Location was good. Easily walkable to everything we wanted in Centro.Hotel clean and staff moderately friendly. Room was not sound proof. Loud from both inside and outside. Breakfast was passable. We chose to eat out the second morning as weren’t interested in the breakfast a second time.

Staff were very helpful, room service was great, food in the restaurant was really good, breakfast was good but didn't change and the breakfast sausage was not my favourite. It would have been nice to have more variety in the meat selection.

Really excellent hotel. Big rooms. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and well updated. Really helpful front desk staff. Very good breakfast with eggs, croissants, juices, desserts, etc. lovely rooftop bar with music, tapas and good drinks. Has a small gym with treadmill, weights etc. excellent value! Will be staying here again!

The hotel is beautiful all around... the staff is superb, room is very comfortable. As an xtra note... I stayed at the hotel as a birthday gift to my aunt. When we got there my aunt mentioned it was her bday.. .half hour later, a staff member came knocking on the door... he had 3 small cakes and a note wishing her a happy birthday and an awesome stay!!! I am beyond words for this gesture!

This is an excellent hotel! We liked it so much that we extended our stay here (thereby cancelling reservations we had at a different hotel). The staff were extremely helpful and were able to answer all our various questions. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Helpful staff. Grand Brizos location is great! There are plenty of options to choose from for dinner and drinks! There is a nice Sky Bar located at the top of the hotel for an easy early start for the night. The restaurant has a good selection of wines and food. Overall a great stay in Buenos Aires!

5 star customer service. Friendly, bilingual, and helpful front desk. They set up reliable excursions and provided a reasonable dollar rate (slightly less but safer). The breakfast was wonderful with many healthy options. Great location and very secure. Security personnel on premises and the elevator required a pass card. Highly recommend if you are looking for clean and safe lodging. We will certainly book here if we return to Buenos Aires.

Great location. Great staff. Breakfast is really good and plentiful. Pristine property. Room was smallish, bathroom great. Very clean. Sky lounge is really nice. Drinks and snacks are priced well. Views great with a nice summer breeze. Overall, very nice stay. Would stay again

We had a great stay at Grand Brizo. Five days. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. It’s a great location for access to everything. Only downside to location, was the nightclub scene Fri and Sat. Bass could be heard in our room both nights. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was only open til 6PM, because it’s by the outside Bar. Not a deal breaker
