It’s was ok our stay. Communication is was very good and amazing Ocean view but the downfall is the apartment is not was dated some of the furniture a bit damaged and old.the area is very noisy but amazing view!

STAY AWAY! We had a terrible experience with this property all the ammeties were not working such as dryer and dishwasher. Poor communication we were told someone will replace the dryer and still not done till we checked out! The place was filthy, unclean and bathrooms were dated. There was a smell comimg from the sink. The location however was ideal.

When informed that a/c was leaking water from ceiling ducts, was told that was normal, and if carpet got wet because of it, it would be considered as guest damage and deducted from the bond. After several cals and emails, was hung up on by Holiday Holiday room liason, was paid a visit by Lily to check on water [still dripping), and was told to " shoosh, sit down and watch tv" as though I were 8 years old. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Were not interested in my opinion, as when I enquired with a couple of rooms on the same floor, no one had that problem. Their solution was to turn up the temp to 22°, where temps were in the 30's most days, causing room to be stuffy. This didn't solve the issue either. We put a towel down to try and catch the drips as to not wet the carpet, and completed holiday like that. Shower heads were very ordinary, no pressure due to wear and tear, front door handle nearly came off, and the main pool was closed, yet no one informed us of it. Apparently it's not their job to tell guests about anything body corp related. I would not book another stay anywhere with Holiday Holiday. I actually think their motto might be " Pay ,Stay and Shut Up"

Holiday Holiday circle on cavill in Gold Coast, has good apartment location, however, the services they offered to us was not good. E.g. aircon was not working, washing machine was not working (it clogged the dirtly water for 2 days). The agency later installed another one after our complaint, however, the next one makes a loud noise and often shakes badly 😳. The utensils had rust on them. I will not suggest to use them. Not so good experience overall.

We had a wonderful time and where s happy with the location. Only issue, the property was advertised as a 2 bed, 2 bath but it was 1 bed with an open 2nd area and only 1 bath.

Great location. Plenty of places to eat, lots to do, close to the beach. Excellent room, clean,spacious with excellent views.

Tried dealing with Cavill Ave reception directly weren’t at all helpful one receptionist rather rude. Venue we collected the keys were lovely was a lot of mucking around initially no fault of there own. However we thoroughly enjoyed our break away and our anniversary. Plan on booking again and aiming for the same room..may even bring the family next time.

We spent a short weekend here to catch up with some friends. The location was great as were the views of the water and the river from our room. The apartment was quite spacious and the pools were fantastic. We will be back!

Location is good as it is right at the center of surfers although it tends to be noisy at late night. There is no reception or service after office hours. But the room is pleasant, good size for family and clean.

My family and I had a great stay at Circle on Cavill. Yes the collection of keys were at a different location but it was only a few minutes away from the hotel. If you arrive before or after checkin times they do have options to leave you a key which was very easy to organise. Centrally located next to shopping centre, restaurants and other tour pick ups. Just a short walk to the beach as well. I was on level 38 with a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Very spacious apartment and clean. Views from the balcony were amazing. Would recommend the hotel!

The property was amazing!! We were very high up and got a view of everything. The apartment was spacious and very clean. You can tell its well looked after. Its very close to Surfers and very central to shops and supermarkets. We loved staying here and will definitely stay here again.

First, i didnt know booking thru hotel.com is not allowed to do check in at the main recep. Have to wait for someone from the agent to help do check--in. Secondly, the apartment is not so clean and looks quite old. I booked for level 28 and it was confirmed. One month later, i was told level 28 was sold and was offered level 12 with no other option of different level to choose. Last but not least, there is no cleaning service. Hotel.com shd have provide more details on the accommodation.

On the whole we had very pleasant stay. The apartment is nicely furnished with a lovely view. There were a few things that were a bit disappointing- the dishwasher did not clean the dishes so everything ended up being hand washed and the dryer kept stopping after a few minutes causing it to smell meaning we had to wash the same load multiple times, there was a lot of broken glass on the balcony and in the master bedroom, the lights in the master and ensuite were constantly flashing and unable to be used for the duration of our stay. The staff at holiday holiday were lovely and helpful but it was quite inconvenient having to cart all of our luggage to the offices for minding while we waited for our flight because we were unable to use hotel reception at all during our stay. It also meant we were unable to use any of ge hotel amenities after giving back the keys. On the whole we had a great holiday

Upon entering the room, the view was nice. However the room was quite dirty and black marks all over the walls. The spa bath was hardly working on one side. There was dust all over the tables. For over $1000 for this trip, it could have definitely be put to a much better hotel. The receptionist had told us the deposit would go in as soon as we had checked out. Then when contacted again the story changed to taking 4 business days. Rather than the $200 deposit we were told, $300 was the deposit we were informed when we got there. The reception was awful to find and took nearly an hour. Overall this was an extremely disappointing hotel and I won’t be going back.

It was very bad not happy at all my family and I couldn't sleep from the construction work that was going on on our balconys the noise we had no privacy and couldn't open the balcony doors the Neighbours were very rude and the big pool was turned off because of maintenance and so many more 😠😠😠 We have been planning this family holiday for about 5 years its was very disappointing for every body we have been through so much and we really needed this holiday I really appreciate if we can be compensated for this horrifying experience

Good size for a one bedder, comfortable and well equipped, great view of the ocean and the sunrise, can see down the coast all the way to Coolangatta. Not managed by Mantra so check-in etc is at the Holiday Holiday office nearby, management were enthusiastic and eager to please, would definitely stay here again

We stayed in level 12, northern tower. The apartment was spacious. The views were amazing, we actually had a view on the river and a view on the ocean (only one apartment in each floor get that). The location is excellent, close to everything you need. There is a well equiped gym. There is also a swimming pool and a game room. Unfortunately, the internet was very slow, we contacted them with no much improvement. There are doing some renovations at the moment, but you could hardly hear any noice.

This was our second stay at the Circle on Cavill and we loved it just as much as the first time. The carparking is easy, the apartment was fantastic and it is so handily situated. Being so close to the supermarket is great, restaurants all around, the tram stop so close and only a small walk to the beach. The apartment was a great layout with fantastic views. We would stay again.
