Excellent front desk experience and they accommodated us with early check in. However, the room was missing toiletries such as shower cap, vanity kit, etc.

Nobody could give me clear directions to the parking. TV connection doesn’t work. Extra fees not advertised and false information regarding included breakfast.

Parking was pain , no room service , restaurant on site is over priced for what you get and had few options . Front desk was always very busy . Had a furnace smoking my out room , called down nobody came . End up shutting off the heat in the room .Will pass on this hotel next time in town . Back to the fairmont.

Staff are amazing... from valet to front desk to housekeeping. Very accommodating and understanding. Will be using this hotel everytime we are in Seattle.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious and clean’ however, it is in a very dangerous area with limited public space like lobbies or additional rooms to sit in, and very limited and expensive restaurants on-site. The hotel was rated excellent and family friendly, and that is not the case. The sun sets at 4 pm in Seattle in the winter, and thus you are forced to stay in your room at that time.

Thank god we only spent one night there! And I am sure we will never go back there ever again! Upon arrival, valet staff was not helpful and friendly as we first expected, then there was only one staff at front to check in. When we first walked in the room, it was not a very pleasant feeling, in fact I felt a bit dizziness when entering the room, not sure if it was the decor of it or it was some kind of bad energy there.
We had 2 beds and one of the bed is facing right in front of a very long/ large wall mirror, very very bad in feng shui! In fact I couldn’t even sleep the whole night facing that mirror, and probably only got less than an hour worth of sleep…. Not to mention the bed is extremely uncomfortable and it’s not even in layout, but tilting towards one side, and you can tell it’s either a very cheap mattress or the mattress had been used thousands times without replacing one. The temperature in the room was also very odd, you either freezing or sweating when it set at 69, or 70 degree. Therefore I felt it doesn’t have good energy. I needed help and tried calling guest services, no one there to pick up my calls, I had to go down to the lobby and ask for help, this hotel is listed as 4 stars and I really doubt how it’s even possible they get this rating and in my opinion, maybe some 3 or 3.5 stars hotel will be much worth it. So please please save your money and your valuable family gathering time and avoid this hotel at all cause and you will thank me later.

Parking and check in is very complicated. The staff was nice.

There was absolutely no service. We went to dinner and asked the front desk to have the hide-a-bed turned down. They didn't. We tried to call but no one answer the phone so we had to use our cell phone to call the 1-800 number. He told us he was the only one on the property and couldn't leave. We waited over an hour at 10:30pm to get blankets for our kids' bed. Then I tried to call the next morning for a bellhop. Again, no one answers the phone. Would never stay here again!!

Stayed overnight here for a business trip. Property is new chic and modern. The rooms are phenominal in terms of how much space you have and the onsite dining options are fantastic! Only gripe about the hotel is the entry-way lobby / Patagōn dining area had a very musty smell like someone had vaped heavily inside. It was strong enough to irritate my eyes while I was waiting to checkin. I think if they just did a quick HVAC cleaning it would address it. Otherwise, stellar property.

Our new favorite hotel in downtown Seattle!

Waiting times at the front were 15-20 minutes with only 1 staff working.

I miss the champagne toast and the room service. Otherwise it was the same great place.

This expensive hotel is located by parking lot. In the middle at night the noise awake me. also the temperature controller sound in the room is too loud.

Being from the Midwest I was surprised by the unexpected "urban retreat" fee ($25 a night but it is credit to dining there). BUT, the staff was exceptionally friendly, very clean room, and super convenient for getting around downtown! Would definitely stay there again!!

Very nice hotel. We stayed for four nights. Very great staff. Used Uber for all travel to avoid driving and parking in Seattle. Easy Uber pick-up in front of the hotel.
Only problem (and a very minor one) is that they do not have black tea at their restaurant..so bring your own, if you drink black tea.

Beautiful hotel. In a great location. Walked everywhere. So many good places to eat around there.
Rooms are spacious. Super clean and comfortable. The roof top bar is nice. Staff is really nice and professional. Would definitely stay again.

The location was fantastic! The place was super super clean and well taken care of. Upon arriving at about 2am, me and my partner were checking in with a woman at the front desk and she just really didn’t do a great job of explaining everything to us. It could be my fault for not being to educated when it comes to fancy hotels, but I couldn’t even find my way to the room and it totally felt like I was an inconvenience because I had to come back and ask for directions.

Great place!
Staff was above and beyond

They checked both of our parties into the wrong room and a much cheaper room then was paid for. After spending and hour in the lobby with incompetent employees we were finally moved into the right rooms, but not before they gave keys to our first room and another couple walked in on my fiancé getting out of the shower

Rooms, public areas and staff were all amazing. Sadly the drug use on Stewart St. was prolific.

Likes: The Fog Bar is outstanding and loved the service ad view. Room was clean and functional.
Dislikes: The homeless around the outside of the hotel is a problem. Very noisy outside the hotel due to traffic and homeless. Patagon was good but not worth the expense.
Location is central and that is a huge advantage.

Would not recommend this hotel at all no anyone.

Great location! Just one block from Pike’s market! Felt very safe. Patagona restaurant and the Fog rooftop bar nice, but overpriced. Do not use valet parking, which will cost you $60/ day. Adjacent the hotel is public parking at a little more than half that price. Altogether a great stay. Would stay here again.

Checking in was an absolute disaster. We were told that there was valet parking. When we arrived, we were told that the valet pickup area was open for regular parking as well. We had to sit in an alley and wait until someone came to get our car. This only happened after I went into the hotel and had to have a bit of a fit. The bathroom floor was covered in hair as if it hadn't been cleaned Sadly, there was active drug use around us outside and were told by the hotel staff not to walk to the venue we were attending two blocks away. Will definitely not stay here again.

Staff were very helpful! Location was excellent! Their roof top restaurant was contemporary chic and food options were great! Their restaurants were very good and their brunch options were awesome, especially their brioche French toast .

Too many extra fees and was confusing

The room was very clean, spacious and safe. The food from both restaurants in the hotel was perfection! Will definitely return to stay here again!

Beautiful property. The only downfall is the parking cost.

Clean. Staff were very nice. Cozy room. Great shower. Great location. Fog room bar on the 16th floor was nice. Great bourbon selection. Bed was comfy.
Breakfast was really good.
I traveled with my 16 year old son. We both loved it.

Everything was great but the front desk agents can be a little bit more friendly towards guests.

The drop off and parking are atrociously deficient by any reasonable standards but mediocre in Seattle. There is no drop off area whatsoever and you have to stop and unload in a busy street. Real first world problem I know but merely a heads up

Large bathroom and friendly staff. Close to shopping and public market.

Nice room. Wish there was still daily housekeeping service
2.0
The facilities and location are nice, but the front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. I travel a lot and their treatment - Sarah especially - was unacceptable. Also, our floor didnt have ice, we had no hot water one day, and when we asked for our room to be cleaned she acted loke we were from another planet. She grumbled "what specifically do you want done?" I said normal refresh and make the bed and she said making them making the bed is against the law, that they only do that once we check out. I couldn't believe my ears. We left a tip on the pillow once the housekeepers did come at our insistence and guess what - they made the bed. Our room clock was also the wrong time. I couldn't figure out how to change the time so I asked twice if someone woukd fix it while we were out for the day. Never got done. On a positive note, the waitstaff at the restaurants and bars were wonderful. Bottm line - there are lots of wonderful hotel options in the area. For the money we paid, I'd never go back and I advise any readers of this review to do the same.

Great hotel and good staff. Very nice and confortable rooms. Good quality breakfast which open at 07:00 which was a bit late to me.

The people who work here are attentive and helpful. Good sense of humor as well.

Concierge and restaurant staff were polite and friendly. The room we stayed in was on the 14th floor and on the corner with a partial view of the inlet. Very nice room.
