Owners very accommodating to special needs. Our third time here! Great location!

My first condo(3bedroom) was filled with roaches and the cleaning service sucked. The place itself is nice looking. Moved to a 2 bedroom was much better. But again whomever they're using for cleaning services needs to be fired.

Unique little hotel. Great location. Parking is a challenge, there are a few spaces in front of the building but the lot next to it is shared with other businesses and was full. Shower water temperature and pressure were on the low side.

Host and property were great. Came with my elderly parents, stairs were difficult for my mother to manage and both bedrooms are upstairs. Nothing negative, just want future guests to be prepared.

Our townhouse was super nice, great looking, and very comfortable.

Had a great time. Townhouse did not have hairdryer but when i ask for one they brought it immediately.

Excellent experience. Very clean, furnished, well maintained unit. Quiet. Staff very helpful and quick helpful communication. Would highly recommend Intersect 311 to anyone looking for a get away but skipping the hotel scene.

This place was great! Very nice spot! My stay was very comfortable I will def be using them again the next time I come back to Jonesboro!

Everything was good, but previous customers must have stolen the Roku remote, there was no laundry basket or broom or vacuum. But overall it was nice. There was a situation at first with the owners not being able to find my reservations but we got it straighten out. Just make sure to let them know if you went thru a third party.

Perfect stay for driving through on a road trip!! Very spacious apartment style room. Easy check in and great communication from property management. Walking distance to food trucks and entertainment downtown. Overall, perfect.

Walking distance to downtown and loved the Porch 30 Venue next to the property. The bed was comfy enough and the unit was clean. We could not find a hair dryer. The only issue I had was there was a loud group that came in late and then you could hear the guest next door at 6:30 a.m. vomiting several times in the bathroom.

This place has so much potential, but just did not turn out as advertised. We were there July 4 weekend, which is perhaps why the promised gym and breakfast amenities weren’t actually available, but this should have been communicated before booking. (I messaged the owner about breakfast on day one, and staff came and unlocked the lobby area. There was no one making coffee or anything. Just bars, etc. to grab. Locked up on day two.) Cleanliness was lacking: when we arrived, we found that the counters hadn’t even been wiped down (coffee stains, etc.) and there wasn’t even cleaner or wipes for us to do it ourselves. Hair of all colors not our own in the bathroom. Check-in was fine, all digital keys and communication. The listing advertised the place as pet friendly, which was a big reason for us booking here, but then when we arrived, we discovered in the book in the apartment that pets weren’t to be allowed on any furniture, and the fees listed were outrageous. ($50/night of your stay for pet hair found in the bed or on furniture…) Also, pets have to be crated if you leave them there. We had our crate, but what if we hadn’t? It just all made me nervous to stay there with my pup. Just seemed to miss the point of being “pet friendly.” You are or you aren’t, and it’s cool either way, but just advertise clearly what guests should anticipate - BEFORE booking. Bed was comfy, good shower, decent location. I know it’s a newer place; hopefully they’ll work out the kinks.

If you are traveling with family and want more room, this is definitely a much better option than a hotel. We just stayed for one night but I could see a family staying very comfortably for multiple nights. The only issues we had were with the mobile key app system (the app did not deliver our key until 1:30a but luckily someone ran over with a key fob to let us in when we arrived) and breakfast (a grab and go breakfast was supposed to be available from 7a-9a but no one was there when we got there at 8:50a. Granted we were pretty close to the end time but shutting down 10 minutes early with no note on the door and no way to contact anyone was disappointing). But overall, we would stay there again. The owners have done a lot of work on their properties and it shows.

We had a wonderful stay. Our apt/room had all the creature comforts of hone. It was very modern with a stylish yet simplistic decor. Access to our room was very high tech. Signage was great and directions from the owners dead very thourough and concise.

Everything was nice, but talking on the phone with Heather was not very good. It sounded like she had an attitude on the phone every time.

Our stay was great until it was time to go back in after church to get our items and was locked out. We had requested late check out and was confirmed it was ok. Only to find we were locked out when we tried to get in. Thankfully it only took a couple calls to finally get us in again. Not forsure if it was the Open keys that didn't get the info of they weren't given it. Of course we will forsure stay ahain and this issue will not happen again.

The space was adorable in every sense. We really loved it. The only downside was that the walls seemed thin and we could hear the TV from the room next to ours, and children on the other side. There was an acoustic panel on the wall but i think they need more.

Loved everything with the exception of would have liked TV in each room. Would have liked a toilet tissue holder close to toilet instead of above. Absolutely loved the experience, would highly recommend to friends and family!

Wonderful place to stay! Only 2 blocks away from St Bernard’s Medical Center. Only issue we had was the TV not loading, but understand it could have been the weather slowing it down. Also need a blow dryer in the bathroom, other than that it was great!

Liked that I could get reservations on same day of stay. However, my family and I stayed in same apartment/room both times and both times the first bathroom had clogged drainage system. Liked the place and would stay again.

Very clean and spacious. Coffee available was delicious, also comfortable bedding! Slept 4 of us very comfortably and was more spacious than I expected.

Very private location although it’s near downtown area... it’s modern yet still affordable!

Very nice place-very reasonable as well! The only thing I would change is having a lock on the bedroom door downstairs, as all other bedrooms have locks.

We were only there one night but I wish we had been able to stay longer; definitely recommend for multi-night stays. Clean, hip, all of the needed amenities and great host.

Condo was gorgeous, very convenient to everything. Weekend was very loud, if you like to party then it’s definitely a place for you to have fun. But if quiet is what you’re looking for then don’t book on the weekend.
