Fabulous apartment

Location was superb. On the main street but still quiet. Apartment is so well laid out, very well equipped, sofa bed very comfortable, modern arrangement, light and airy and a view of the river Ness from apt 3! Would definitely book again.

Great position and for Inverness in August was quite reasonably priced

Great position and quieter than I expected especially in the bedroom

Heating kept coming on despite turning it down so was a little to warm for me

Not perfect, but good enough.

The location is convenient. The keys are accessible, so long as your host gives you the code. It has a kitchen, so that helped. The apartment was mostly clean. The host is usually easy to reach. It was good enough.

The second time I arrived (I stayed there twice), I didn't have a code to access the keys, but did reach the host about 30-45 minutes later, so I did get in. The place was double booked, but I ended up getting the place, so that was good. The dishes, trash, balcony door and shower plug were not clean. The beds were not very comfortable. There are no laundry facilities.

The location was good and overall facilities were reasonable.

The placement of some furniture ( ie TV and dining table) meant that each of us hit our heads due to sloping walls/ ceiling. We each only did this once ! The amount of stairs was a BIG problem for us with our luggage. We would not have used any of the cooking utensils as they were not up to our standards.
