The towels were not fresh they had stains , there was a cigarette hole in the bed spread I understand that this is a Motel 6 but that needs to be addressed

I like this place because it’s clean

I guess it was clean it just didn’t feel clean. Shades didn’t do anything, was so light in the room all night. Bed was mediocre and the walls are paper thin. Wish I spent the extra $10-$20 for a different place to stay

Very un friendly staff very dirty rooms and sheets we checked in saw the room and asked to be refunded and were refused a refund very disgusting place

Bedding was stained and had holes in it, rooms had a funky smell. Bottom of door was broken.

The property had bed bugs in the rooms and was completely filthy. The floors, walls, bedding, and bathroom looked like they are not cleaned. We got bitten up in the night and found bed bugs in the beds the next morning. We went to the front desk to talk to a manager and was blown off and told the manager is in India and can't be reached. There were 2 other guest in there complaining about how dirty their rooms were at the same time we were. I will be disputing the Expedia charges with our credit card company. DEFINITELY AVOID THIS DIRTY MOTEL. I can't believe Expedia would allow places like this to be on their site. Worst stay ever.

Good location, easy check in, good price

The first thing I noticed is the warm welcome I receive from the young lady in the office, that was the most powerful impression and set the stage for my entire state. On the improvement side, it's how there service people use some metallic like sound knocking on my door to communicate without an invitation or expecting. I found it intrusive. As most of the other hotels do. I would prefer just a simple phone call respecting my time and privacy. And the ground floor room parking in front of the door should be marked and reserved for that room. And help with luggage. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. Convenient location

I was looking for the cheapest room around when I found this, so I knew what to expect. I expected a run down building with little to no amenities. I even half expected it to be right underneath the convergence of several major highways, so all you hear all night long is traffic. What I didn't expect was the toilet tank to not refill, so I had to press the valve manually to re-fill it - and the first time I did it, the fill hose came loose and sprayed water all over the bathroom, so I had to use all the towels to dry it. And then when I went to the front desk and politely told them that the toilet needed attention, and that I would need fresh towels in my room they ignored it.

Service at the front desk was terrible. The clerk spent the entire check in process on her phone, which resulted in her asking the same questions many times, as she was not paying attention. The floors were very sticky, and the towels had dirt on them and smelled bad. Bed comfort was decent, television channels available were okay. Water pressure was awful though. Overall I’d say about a 5/10.

Got to room and sheets and comforters were stained and had hair on them. They did give another room but the comforters had stains on them also. No water pressure and drains were really slow. The vending machines were completely empty the whole stay.

The non smoking room did not smell like smoke and could hear very little of what was going on in other rooms or outside, that was the best thing about the motel/room. The outside areas wreaked of cigarettes and marijuana, whether you were in the front of the motel, on the side of the motel, or in the back area, if you don't mind it, then not a problem, but I don't like smelling it constantly. We had to use the back stairs to access our front of motel room because the stairs in front were broken and missing steps. Some people were using them anyway, but definitely a safety hazard. The clerk checking people in only wanted to say certain things and phrases because their English wasn't so good or just didn't want to engage with customers, which really wasn't a problem, just couldn't answer certain questions that were off script for them. The bathroom had red mildew in the tub/shower, and the base of the faucets had crud around them, so they weren't really wiped down very well and dirt is allowed to accumulate. It wasn't the worst, but we have had better experiences with Motel 6. If those things don't bother you, then by all means, book it and enjoy your stay in NRH.

I needed to find a motel that did not require a deposit for incidentals. This was the only location within a reasonable distance. There was construction in the immediate area. The noise from the highway was overwhelming not to mention the amount of traffic. As far as the motel itself, some of the staff was rude. Checkout time is 11am and by 11:05am, a guy comes knocking on your door to see of you are leaving. If you dont answer in 30 seconds, he opens the door. I needed a room for 3 nights and was going to a different area. I understand this isn't 5 star but dont impose on people's privacy.

This place is gross. There was a big roach in my room. Constant noise going on all around me between people talking right outside my doors and constant traffic sounds. Would never recommend it

The room looked clean, but had a strange smell... The heater smelled so badly we had to turn it off. Otherwise, nice quiet stay.

It’s was okay stay just people next door were loud and arguing and slamming and hitting the wall until like 230 in the morning

I was alone with my two kids, when two men who work there was banging on the door trying to come in! When I asked who they were, they only yelled OPEN THE DOOR! Only for them to come inside the room just to check the smoke detector and adjust the air conditioner to freezing cold. It was very scary, invasive and inappropriate. I wouldn't return for free!

Clean quiet

So I stayed here for two nights. When I booked I didn’t realize it was in an area where many people seem to gather overnight. The area was sketchy and If your alone it can be a bit scary. The room overall was ok. The sink didn’t drain and it was a bit gross. There was no iron so I had to go buy one because I didn’t realize they had no irons so our clothes was wrinkly. Towels had stains and so did sheets which it made it feel unsanitary. But I mean for what we paid I guess it was to expect.

Within 20 minutes after checking in someone fell down the concrete steps and busted their head open. We waited a while to leave our room afterwards. When we finally did … the blood was still everywhere on the stairs It smelled horrible in the rooms. There was cigarette burns in the blankets even tho we wanted a non smoking room. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Clean, great shower, comfortable bed and good coffee in the morning.

Housekeeping was so rude! They bang on the doors at 9:00 a.m. Disturbing your rest and stealing time from you. Tried to trick me out of my deposit, hoping you get out of character with them, so they can keep your deposit! I paid for 2 adults and 2 children and they went crazy about towels! Don't stay here if you want a peaceful experience! You will get told off for wanting clean towels.

The rooom was run down and smelled aweful. Definitely got whay i paid for. CHEEP!

It needs visual maintenance. The staff is nice but the owners won’t spend the money to make it look more nice.

Ken the manager is very rude. I found a bed bug. Showed him the picture of the bed big as well as dirty towels that house keeping dropped off. He then told me in his own words if I don’t like it go somewhere else. He then tried to blame the reason for bedbugs on the rain saying that they come in with the rain but they spray medicine every month. There are also people who live here long-term apparently there’s a family of 10 who stay downstairs the stairway to smell like pee because they just hang out there. He also told me that the linen in towels aren’t always clean because if somebody stays here and dirties them up they just wash them and put them back out for a new guest, until they are so dirty they throw them away. Then asked to speak to somebody higher up or for a phone number and was told that he will not give it out. The icing on the cake was when I was leaving at the door he then again told me if I don’t like it stay somewhere else this is motel six he said.
