The room was very adequate for a quick stay. Cool, quiet and comfy bed. Appreciated the small fridge and kettle. The best find was the Bistro a quick walk down the road with a beautiful view.

Great for short stay! Host was generally responsive to WhatsApp messages and quite helpful. It is very near to the bus stop Rozat, from which you can take a direct bus for 20-30 mins to Pile Gate or to Gruz port. There is a small supermarket nearby but otherwise it’s somewhere on a hill with a little lake nearby, so quite secluded with no nearby food options. But for the price, cleanliness, spaciousness and proximity to town, I highly recommend this place.
Additionally, they offer a 35 euro airport one way transfer, which is still cheaper than booking a Bolt or Uber (I checked).
Overall would definitely stay again!
Only feedback is…. Soap could use a refill.

Good facilities perfect for a short stay if you’re travelling around. Close to central Dubrovnik, easily accessible by taxi/bus.

PLACE WAS QUIET,CLEAN,OWNERS LIVE ON PROPERTY,5 MIN FROM GRUZ. PARKING ACROSS THE STREET.EVERYTHING ELSE AVERAGE . SHORT STAY ITS FINE.
