I like the location in quaint Oxford. Close enough to Cambridge, Easton, and Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. The food at its restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and dinner.

The Inn itself is very nice and in a great location across from the marina. The accommodations were clean and we were provided with everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The innkeepers/ owners couldn’t have been more courteous and friendly. They were fantastic! Our breakfasts were so delicious ! We were there for a weekend during the Ophelia storm but everything ran smoothly. We totally enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to go back in the future.

Exceptionally clean, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, scrumptious breakfast.

First, the innkeeper is very, very nice and the building itself is charming. But the room I had was basically "meh". Very basic (not charming), quite small (no closet, no TV -- although there was a common "lounge" next door), there was a noisy air conditioner, and the blinds required staff assistance to close. The food at the restaurant was not bad, but I happened to be there on "open mic" night, which was pretty awful. (The primary musician was not bad but the open mic thing, IMO, needs to go.)

Everything was very convenient. Jo made sure we were well taken care of!! Owners, you are so lucky to have an employee like her!! She is everywhere making sure everyone is being taken care of. We owned our own businesses in California and we know how valuable good employees are. Don’t loose Jo, she brings energy!!

This town was a little gem along with the Oxford Inn. We booked not knowing the area at all and did not know what to expect. The Inn is very quaint and was a pleasant stay. Our room was on the third floor and quite comfortable with a large bathroom. An a/c unit was in the room but we opted to open a window. Adjacent to our room was a room set up with a couch, tv, games, books and refrigerator.
The owners and the congenial manager were on site and quite accessible. We enjoyed chatting with other guests and the manager at breakfast which was delicious. The location is convenient to walk to the village area and ferry dock.

The restaurant was closed the first day we were there. The HVAC in the room was quirky. The Dogwood room was advertised with ‘water view’, but only if you looked to the extreme left. The first thing you see looking out the window was the road, then the gravel parking area in front of Inn, with a town park behind. Not much to do in the area. If you don’t want to pay for the ferry, the trip to St. Michaels takes ~30 minutes. We were booked for two nights, but didn’t stay the second night due to the extreme smoke from Canadian fires. No price adjustment was offered.

We really enjoyed our stay at the charming Oxford Inn. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor in the Swarthmore room. The breakfast was great and hearty and really good coffee. We also had a homemade Italian dinner outside on the porch and it was delicious and enjoyed the view of the water across the street. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. Location was nice to drive around and explore nearby St. Michaels and Blackwater Wildlife Refuge. We hope to go back in the winter when the migratory birds are passing through.

Loved our stay except for the stairs to the third floor. They’re a killer!

The inn and restaurant were very pleasant and well-kept. It is an old historic building, so you should expect that. Oxford itself is small, walkable and historic.

The owners are exceptional. They allowed us to check in early, greeted us warmly, and provided everything for a wonderful stay. Food at breakfast and dinner was outstanding. The location is wonderful, we spent several hours each day walking the historic streets and waterside. Loved every minute and will be back

This was a short winter getaway with friends. Although not much was open in town our hosts were very welcoming and the room was large with comfortable bed and seating. We were on the third floor which had a sitting room, TV, fridge and microwave. Although the breakfast was Continental it was delicious and filling - fruit, yogurt or cereal, scone and juice and coffee.

Al staff and owners were very nice. One waitress was great who served us during an exceptionally busy night. We were having just a glass of wine on the porch but she made it a great experience.

Lovely Inn with comfortable rooms, large private bathrooms, delicious breakfast and wonderful Innkeepers. The town is very friendly and walkable, with benches around to sit, relax, read a book or people watch. A great getaway to spend time with each other.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our 3-night stay at the charming Oxford Inn, well located for delightful walks around the town, as well as excellent dinners downstairs at Pope’s Tavern, as well as at Doc’s Sunset Grille and at Robert Morris Inn. Our room was small but comfortable, and bathrooms, including plush towels, robes, and fine toiletries was top-notch. Only complaint was not having a tv in our room; while the adjacent lounge had a tv, it didn’t include cable (only had streaming channels). The new owners were very friendly and helpful.

We were there for a long weekend of biking in the area, but rain changed our plans. The first evening we came back in the pouring rain and were glad we made dinner reservations at the Inn, in case! A lounge on our floor made relaxing in the evening very pleasant, and the hosts and staff were welcoming and accommodating. We were able to stow our bikes out of the weather on the front porch. The Inn is in a super walkable village - and we took advantage of that every morning before breakfast. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!

Very old, charming building. Scott and Jeanne, the proprietors, we’re very nice and helpful. Continental breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our second visit to this charming inn and town.
Our only complaint was a noisy AC.
