The property is clean and tidy. Utensils and cookware is enough for making a meal. The only improvement is the sleeping area at the loft. It is too high and the stairs are too steep. Frankly speaking poeple would it difficult to climb up to the loft and in fact very easy to fall down. But overall, the property is value for money.
