The apartment style room was nice….. bed was comfy…. Pillows was ok….. shower worked well…. For a quick stay it was great!

We had two adjoining rooms and both were large and very clean. 5 in one room and 4 in the other with lots of room. Beds were comfortable and place was nice and quiet.

Really need to improve the breakfast food, It was dried out, Eggs awful, sausage dehydrated spots on them in the cooker for awhile, always running out of coffee the 2 days both times ran out and over a half hr I waited but not refilled, the Orange juice was so watered down. Really I think this location should just take breakfast off the list of items included, also a bottle of water cost 10 dollars, this is a bad look for the Hilton name.

Easy to find and get into. Friendly staff. Room was clean and bigger than expected. Only problem we had was using the TV - no instructions and big delay from when we turned it on until we could actually watch something. Front desk offered to come look at it but we declined. - Room 212.

The front desk help was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, even though she was new. We did have an issue with one of the beds, but everyone slept comfortably. The pool was lovely and the girls had a great time. Breakfast was pretty good, especially considering it was free.

I wish hospitality staff at the front desk had a welcoming persona..So many times, no one is freindly, greets you as you approach the desk to speak with them to check in nor thanks you for your business. This was all the case on Feb 14 about 10:50 pm checkin. I had a young lady with zero friendly attitude. The morning gals (2) on Feb 15 checkout were completely the opposite and get 10 out of 10 scores. Especially the supervisor/mgr gal who was superb customer service towards me.

Overall, the condition is not bad, but the radiator makes a lot of noise. My family can't sleep with the noise from the radiator.

Everything was good except on check in front desk wrote wrong room number on card. We went to room key would not work then a lady came to the door. So then we went back to front desk had written 215 but room number was 415. Caused issue with the person in 215. But overall good place

Everything was great about the room, the pillows a bit thin for my preference and the beds were a bit soft again a matter of preference. Staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was centerally located near lots of resturants and the mall.

Stay was okay. Nice to have a fridge, microwave, and room to spread out. Room was fairly clean (drawer handles needed to be cleaned). Time to replace the mattress and pillows, though. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Free breakfast was (carb heavy) okay and nice to have as an option (coffee in the lobby was good).

Very friendly staff. Clean/big rooms. Comfy/clean beds. Additionally, breakfast was great to! Only flaws i noticed was that the pool was way over chlorinated. And the shower couldve been cleaned a tiny bit better. 10/10 would recommend though.

The worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. Booked and paid for a night with my two children as our power is still out and they would not let us stay due to staff misunderstanding and error. They froze my card for the $100 temp hold after the first time successfully working. Refused to give me documentation of my stay and reciept or a refund. And when asked to speak to a manager I waited two hours and never heard from one. The girl working the front desk was the most rude and dishonest person I've encountered and should not be working customer service. I recorded everything and will be making a report to the BBB and contacting their legal department.

I love how spacious the rooms and bathrooms are, and all the different cabinets and drawers and the full size refrigerator and dishwasher. I also like that there’s coffee available all day and night in the lobby instead of just at breakfast time. I wish that breakfast went to like 10 am instead of 9:30. I don’t care for the soft mattresses. I prefer a little bit more firm and there needs to be at least one firm pillow instead of just a bag full of feathers. We checked under the bed to make sure we didn’t leave anything and found a sock under there which wasn’t ours, which means that the staff did not thoroughly clean the room and check under the beds. But we would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was very nice! We booked a suite which has a seperate bedroom. The room was clean and very comfortable. They allow pets for a 75 dollar fee. Overall we are very happy with our stay!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and we will absolutely be back! For $137, we got a beautiful suite with all the amenities and comforts of home. The front desk associate, Israel, was incredibly friendly and helpful. We did not have anything to complain about whatsoever :)

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke horribly, about an hr into our stay you could smell Marijuana through the vent, the towels had gray stains on them. The toilet moved each time we sat on it. There are black stains above shower. Overall it wasn't what we expected.

Overall good experience. Rooms are huge, easy to get to, parking is great. Easy check in. My only complaint would be limited breakfast. No fruit options, bland ham and eggs… that weren’t really good. Waffle makers only toast cook on one side. Really limited options when offering free breakfast. Honestly… had a “breakfast grab bag” at a cheaper hotel during the summer, and the grab bag was better than the breakfast here. But … nonetheless, I would recommend this hotel.
